Hotel Gran Sasso & SPA

I liked the cleanliness of the property, the friendly staff, and the convenient location. The room was comfortable and everything was well organized

Nothing major, but the breakfast options were limited.

The location is top! Having a car park is also a plus in the center. The staff was kind, the room had a balcony with a very nice view.

We stayed in a studio room (with kitchen) but many things were missing (glasses, a decent knife etc). When I requested them I could get but these basic things should be in the room as standard.

The location was wonderful, breakfast great and very clean.

The hotel is right in the Teramo city centre, which could be convenient. The breakfast is very good.

Access is via very narrow streets, which can be a challenge. The car park was also a big disappointment as the cars needs to be tightly parked in 3 rows and the keys need to be handed over to the receptionist, as cars need to be moved to allow previously parked cars to leave: this could be in breach of car rental contracts. Our room was disappointing: furnishings and fixtures were dated and not in the best conditions, and there was no safe despite being mentioned in the room description.

Breakfast was very good with excellent self serve options. Location was convenient. Parking could be a challenge, but there was a small lot next door in which you could pay to park.

The room ware put lot of perfume to overcome the smell of smoking…??? it made me sick I had to go out for walk at 11 evenings for half hour and left the window all night open …

A very large room with a wall kitchen, a fridge, air conditioning, a clean bathroom with a wide shower.

Very bad experience!

It should have spa, parking and aircon in the price put spa was not available no parking was provided and AC was not working properly. Also they say they have english speaking staff put no one knows nothing about that.

Small room

Breakfast was below average. Coffee machine didn't work. Limited selection of pastry. Parking was difficult.

Very small shower - but plenty of hot water. Consider it to be accurately rated as a rural 3 star hotel.

The staff at this hotel are kind and helpful. They helped us with parking and told us about the town

My bed was large and comfortable. Spa bath was good. Shower a little more spacious than the average Italian hotel. Breakfast was substantial and delicious. Staff helped me secure a ride to Centro Turistico Gran Sasso by private car-a great day trip. The young man and woman at the front desk were especially helpful, and spoke a little English.

When I arrived I advised the safe was broken. They told me it just needed a key. They kept telling me "domani" & never provided a solution. They were very thorough with the cleaning prior to my arrival, but the cleaning solution was so strong I had a bit of an allergic reaction to it until my 2nd night.

The door didn't lock properly, and the AC unit had an air freshener that was obviously strong.

the fact that no one did anything to stop the noise made by the television in the room next to mine, whilst the person that stayed there had fallen asleep. Around 0.300 I fell aleep and at 7 I was awake.

trouble with the heater working, but they rectified with a change in room. very happy with the accommodation.

The reception was very poor. Absolutely no assistance with explaining parking situation, no empathy. Not friendly. Arrogant. Morning checkout was done by different man, also very abrupt, not cordial. Did not ask how my stay went.

Room was clean ok.

The hotel uses a very strong parfum in all spaces. It is truly over powering and it was really difficult to sleep because of the irritation for the lungs. I strongly advice to stop the use of it. I was not the only customer who complained about this. Just wondering why they find it necessary!
