Even though we got a superior room, our bed was two singles pushed together

It is a hotel for meetings and groups. The quality of both breakfast and dinner were not acceptable. The food didn't look (and taste) fresh, and we had the feeling that we got "leftovers" from last days...

The quality of served food was not acceptable. Nice facility, nice location, and, sorry for this bad rating - not acceptable quality of food and partially for service for breakfast and dinner.

Passable

My wife had shampoo and the house keeper took it from our room for her. After we did a complete report and told them that we need it as her hair needs this spacial treatment they gave it back to us.

The room was big and clean, the AC was absolutely amazing! The pool was a little small, but still big enough for all to have a good time. The breakfast was a highlight - lots of options and very kind staff. They were all very nice and caring.

Helpful and attentive staff.

Breakfast was somewhat underwhelming with overemphasis on croissants and no hot food that was bettered by lower range accommodation we had on our trip.

Great location, big spacious rooms & pool

Staff were kind, helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The pool was very refreshing.

We would have liked an iron in the room, and would have enjoyed the pool more if we didn't need to use a swimming cap

The rooms were really spacious and very cool during the hot month of August. They were immaculately clean. Love all the Sol Lewitt art dotted about the place.

The shower was weak and the towels were thin and cheap plus you had to rent another towel to go swimming with. The breakfast was not good, it was all very low quality produce; lacklustre fruit, bad croissants, cheap meat and cheese.

Really good location ,is near at Spoleto center and was easy to arrive by walking in about 10 minutes , breakfast various and very good , parking for car easy end staff people very kind

It was a short walk into the town so very accessible, but had the pool which made a huge difference in the heat. The room itself was very clean, and the reception staff friendly.

There are lots of Covid signs around - in the room, lift, hotel lobby, pool. While it’s always a good reminder for cleanliness etc, the signs are quite strict so it takes you back to a time you’d rather forget! Other than that, the breakfast was very basic and a sheet on top of the duvet cover would be nice
