- The room we stayed had venting problems, the shower area was dirty, and the manager who claims to be the owner was quite rude and aggressive. Also, it takes too long to get served in the restaurant.
- The kitchenette in the rooms could be better stocked and need to deal with the ants around the rooms.
- Air con didn’t work, hot rooms, itchy bedding, photos online looked nothing like the actual place. Worst stay we had on our italian trip.

Amazing breakfast, good coffee, all the people were very nice Property was beautiful.Location was beautiful.Air was clean.We checked in after 2AMPERFECT
Roof was slightly old, but good.
The breakfast was good & varied.
No shallow pool for younger children, bathroom smelled, dinner service was limited (2 things on the menu was not available and waiter threw the water from the wine cooler into the bushes right beside us as we were eating!

We had a wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed the swimming pool and not having to check out until noon. We were allowed to have friends come and visit us at the pool.
The room size was adequate but I would have appreciated having another chair in the room and better understanding given to us on how to work the air conditioner. There is not much to say about what I didn't like!
