Good value for money, hotel situated out of the city center and you’ll need a car to get into town, but other than that the location is great. We had a car, so we had no problem moving around. Spoleto is not a bit city, so there are plenty of free parking lots, which is great. We also liked the breakfast.

The noise isolation is non-existent. Our neighbors decided to talk through the night, they watched tv etc and we heard them very well and as a result weren’t able to relax properly. Also the pillows weren’t the most comfortable, but then again, they rarely are (in my experience).

Good AC, nice room, and the front desk was nice.

Because we hiked in, the directions took us to the back, where we climbed many stairs to get to the front. There was nothing in good walking distance and the store in the hotel had short hours. This place is better if you have a car.

The hotel is very average.

The receptionist was very unfriendly and was asking all sorts of questions of where me and my wife reside, if my passport is Italian (seems he cannot read), all this at 11 o'clock in the evening after I drove for 6 hours!!!!

This was a quick stay for me. I choose it because it was walking distance from the train station. I arrived late and left early. It was perfect for me. Everyone who attended me was incredibly nice and helpful. Even pouring me a glass of wine from the cafe bar which was closed when I arrived; much appreciated after a long two days of travel.

The location was good, just out of the busyness of the town but still close.

We weren’t allowed to use the aircon, the room was very hot and I asked for help with the aircon as I couldn’t turn it on and was told that it is not allowed in the ‘period’ we are in (spring). The walls are very thin so you can hear everything next door does, if you get someone next door talking until midnight you’ll be awake too. The breakfast wasn’t amazing, cheese, ham, croissants and cake.

The hotel is really nice in terms of decoration and staff is nice and super friendly. There is a free parking for the guests of the hotel and the rooms are homie. No fancy stuff but a nice vintage hotel adapted to more artistic vibes. Graffiti are lovely and everything was clean and well taken care.

Breakfast was essential. The structure has a restaurant kitchen and a working cafe/bar open to any customers but for the breakfast we got coffee from automatic machines and already-made/pre-prepared cakes and crostate from supermarket. Considering the bar was open as well, I was expecting a bit more from the breakfast. We picked the hotel (which is far from the city center) exactly for the included breakfast but ok. In the end we got a nice coffe from the bar :)

The hotel was so unique with art everywhere. We had two rooms and the art was totally different in both.

Free parking

facilities are lacking a bit. We were woken both mornings by repeated slamming doors and running noisy children in the hallways. It felt like we had woken up in a school. The breakfast was sub par.

Location was good as allowed my friend to pick me using her car and was walkable for me into the city. Room was sufficiently big for me and bed was comfortable.

Room was little cold at times for some reason.
