No staff present at all to help or guide if you need anything. The only one we saw was the lady in the restaurant serving, how didn’t speak English at all and was extremely rude to us several times.Also, the restaurant has a note saying the kitchen closes at 9pm, we sent there at 19;30h and the same lady said it was already closed. No justification, just laughed at us and told us to leave. We had to go to another hotel to eat since it’s in the middle of nowhere and the only restaurant walking distance was fully booked.The wellness center, which is paid per person, was terrible compared to the pictures. The jacuzzi was very cold and the pool the same. We thought the sauna was inside this wellness area but imagine… it was separate and we need to book in advance… guess!!! No staff nearby and to call to the number on booking.com is impossible because there is no phone available in the room and the only staff available couldn’t speak English and told us to leave :) Very bad. If you have the option to go to another hotel, please do.

Great location, the food was great, the breakfast and also the dinner at Omnia hotel but....

I think the usage of the wellness facilities could be included in the price.Also the receptionist lady at the Omnia hotel was terrible, she was screaming for no reason via phone. (1st of sept around 11:00)

Nice pool and sauna area. Comfortable and nicely furthered room and spacious bathroom. Great location just next to the slope.

Things were not explained well at online check in and I.e had to call the reception for help a few times, including sauna entry, since didn’t get a code on phone. It was a bit annoying since it’s kind of a contactless formula hotel.

Hotel itself is ok, rooms are nice. Room service ok, could be better.

Breakfast are in restaurant which is other company. This means that they are very not ok. Staff is unpleasent. Breakfast are till 10 and 4 minutes later you are asked to leave. If you are still doing something lady will come and take it from you so you can't finish. Selection is not very big and not always fresh. I asked for call from manager (who is in other hotel) twice and didn't receive a call.Once dinner wasn't hot. Once lady brought me starter after main dish and had big problem taking it back so it won't be cold. When we had two bills at one table, they served all things from first bill then started sevring second bill.

Self-checking system does not work properly and annoying. We booked 2 rooms in 1 booking: no possibility to check in second room online, no possibility to check in on terminal in hotel. We got digital keys from room only after we spent some time online, then in hotel by tablet, then by call to reception to another hotel. That’s definitely not what you want to do after day of skiing and standing with your hungry kids :) We could pay taxes and check in only by personal visit in Omnia hotel. Good news - managers in Onnia hotel were always helpful and polite.

This place operates a self-check-in system using a tablet.I entered my reservation number, but it showed a message saying it does not exist.I tried multiple times, but the same issue occurred.As a result, I called the phone number provided.A female staff member answered the call, but her attitude was dismissive and annoyed. She did not provide any clear solutions and kept repeating that I should just enter the information myself.When it still didn’t work, I called again, and the same female staff member answered.This time, she told me to come directly to the reception desk to check in, but she said I had to go to a different location, without providing clear details, only mentioning it was “another place up the hill” before hanging up abruptly.After searching for quite some time without success, I called again. This time, a male staff member answered. He resolved the issue over the phone and allowed us to access the accommodation. After we had a chance to settle in, he clearly explained his location and guided us to come there to complete the check-in process.Because of the female staff member, we spent over an hour dealing with unnecessary stress. The problem could have been resolved easily, but she provided no help at all. Additionally, her English was very difficult to understand.It is hard to comprehend how someone like her is working in such a position. This incident occurred on December 24 at around 3 PM. I hope you can address this matter to prevent other guests from experiencing similar issues.Unfortunately, because of this, our trip cannot be remembered as a pleasant experience.

Location is good, all look like on photos, quite pleasant.

Instead of reception there is provided very badly tested web service - for example code for wellness received only my husband (but I was the main guest). Sauna didn’t work, it was advised to go to nearest hotel, but I wanted whole wellness in MY hotel to be able to go to my little child to feed. Not very comfortable way to swimming pool - spiral stairs almost without handrail.

The interiors were modern and clean. Beautiful balcony.

The room door-lock where I had to enter the pin each time we were entering the room. Pretty difficult to enter the pin for anyone who has just slightly longer nails or not so flexible fingers. It took me 2 or 3 tries each time to open the door, which was pretty annoying. Another unpleasant experience was the number of emails sent by the property and not do clear instructions to book additional services, check-out or make an online payment for the extra services.I received a call from the receptionist moments after our departure with the person almost yelling at me why didn't we pay at the front desk. Prior that, a lady at the front desk clearly said we could pay online so I was about to do so, yet the person on the phone was rude at me and hung up on me. She upset me and made me feel like I was some kind of incompetent guest. Train your staff better.

I booked and paid for a luxury room with two rooms for 3 people. When confirming the room, room 009 was confirmed. On the day we arrived, 27.07, we received a completely different one-room room for 2 people, 003. I demand compensation for moral damages and a refund, because I did not receive what I paid for.

A bit difficult to choose children menu for dinner. Whirlpool was extremely chlorine, too aggressive

Starting from early evening to quite late at night there were many kids screaming and running in the corridors.

The chlorine level in the jacuzzi was too high. Plus closing door for a night, between main hall and ski room is very wierd. Specily when there is night ski

Helpful staff, happy to support and very present. Location just next to the slopes, great ski depot and amazing pool Jacuzzi area. Delicious breakfasts and great spa.

Restaurant on site - serving only hot food on Tue, Wed, Thu and Sat and staff is unfortunately not very attentive there.

Staff super friendly. We could come with our dog which was super nice! Room was tidy and clean, bed comfortable, the pool is a lovely addition too.Restaurant in the hotel serves tasty food for a good price so everything was on point.

No fridge in the room.
