Omnia Hotel Relax & Wellness

The room design was unique, you could see from the bathroom to the room if you wished. David at the reception welcomed us in a friendly, family manner. We also had a balcony with a view on the woods.

Nets on the windows are absent meaning we got mosquitoes in the night and got bitten. The room was a bit smaller than in other **** hotels. When we were leaving we weren't asked properly on our feedback, but these were only minor issues.

Hotel close to the ski slopes. Pleasant experience from start to finish. We were welcomed by an extremely pleasant receptionist. She was helpful and answered all our questions. The hotel offers a welcome drink.The rooms are very spacious and modern. Breakfast is colorful for all tastes, various fruits, sweet and savory program...The pool is very clean and in a bright atmosphere.

Parkovani nas prekvapilo. Prvni den zaplatite 400kc a kazdou dalsi noc 200kc. Bazen take placen extra. Na to ze je jedna noc za 4000 kc tak teda nic moc.

Location

The sauna was without a lounger you could relax on and you could hear all the noise from the hall. The whirlpool was very weak and whirlpool seating in the pool was switched off.

Wasnt allowed to check in because "lot was full" police didnt care that i was staying there . The checkin took awhile only 1 staff and a sizable line she was friendly tho paid over 200 for a room and was very small and a bit out dated. Bathroom had giant glass window to room cool concept but mirror not on sink side and honestlt would be nicer if bathroom was on outdide for pleasent view with that window?

The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The breakfasts were delightful. The hotel has pool and jacuzzi, which really helped us relax after an active day. The location of the hotel is simply perfect: nearby there are ski slopes, hiking trails, and other attractions.

Perfect room, perfect sauna, nice cuisine, perfect, polite and hospitable personnel in the restaurant!

Amazing room for 2.

Swimming pool is too cold, not pleasant cold. It is 3rd time we stay at hotel, and even in summer it is not a nice comforting feeling to go into water. Child is always stressed. Please increase temperature by at least 2 degrees. It is definitely not 29 degrees as it keeps saying.

Location was great, breakfast was tasty! Receptionst who was a trainee was very polite!

The receptionists were just amazing, super friendly, smiling and positive. 5 stars luxury level front desk service and attitude. Restaurant staff also very friendly and professional, short menu but quality food. Big big high five and thank you for such a nice welcome, we will be back

Clean room

One of staff in the restaurant serving the dinner were a quit rude by not talking to us, just getting the order, no reaction if it is clear and just serving us in the way that he did want to do that. The main issue was that our friends' kid 6 months who started crying and in the meantime guests in the other table start shooting on us that we should have taken our dinner in the room and not disturbing other guests.... No one from the staff has explained them that this is not child free hotel.

Great, minimalistic design. Very well furnished rooms. Comfortable living conditions and nice breatfast Buffet. The localisation is very comfy as it is just on the car park next to the slopes. We have had a great time

Disappointing

Rude receptionists - never smile and they were unhappy that we drank water from carafe during check out, because it’s “only for guests who check in”., poor breakfast, awful beds with space between headboard and wall

Comfy a clean rooms, spa and the best location for skiing. Super nice staff.

Fantastic place to stay - ski lift and ski rentals 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Gated parking just outside (we paid 8 euros per day), lovely restaurant, amazing breakfast which was included in our package, pool with jacuzzi (small and busy though, you have to pay a small fee to use it), tennis court. Overall a great place to rest and recharge after skiing.

It can be quite expensive in the high season but it is a 4 star hotel after all...

Great location. Easy access to ski rentals and slopes.

The front desk staff were very unfriendly. We had to go to the Emergency room due to a ski accident. I requested information from the front desk about emergency services and the bus schedule and it took several tries to any information and they were very rude. They showed zero compassion. The food was not very good but the man who worked in the restaurant was wonderful, helpful and kind.

The waitstaff was kind during dinner and breakfast.

Everything else. The check in/front desk team was terribly rude all of the time. We weren't able to connect with the hotel to book spa treatments and then we were told on site that we should have booked spa treatments earlier. We had an emergency on the slopes and the hotel was not at all helpful. We were told that we couldn't have late check out or any of the other amenities that made us choose the hotel in the first place because it was ski season. Which is why we were there. We were four families all traveling together and each family was treated with the same rude attitude as if we were bothering the staff by being there.

This is a good hotel. Of course, it’s not 4 stars. In the global sense, this hotel wouldn’t meet the 4-star standard. But 3 stars can be confidently given. It’s a good, comfortable hotel with a great location. It’s not new, and you can tell that. But overall, it’s very well-kept.

It was extremely uncomfortable to interact with the hotel staff. I work in the service industry myself. I own a business in Poland with over 100 employees who constantly interact with my clients. Because of this, I can objectively assess the quality of customer service. The receptionist, a rude and unfriendly man named Jan, was particularly unpleasant. I would not want to interact with him again. He ruined my mood upon check-in. He was neither polite nor helpful. By the way, he doesn’t speak Polish, even though the resort is nearby, and in four-star hotels near the border, receptionists usually speak the language of the neighboring country, as a large number of guests come from Poland.Then, there was an unpleasant situation with parking. The morning after check-in, we left for our own matters and returned later. Of course, all parking spaces were occupied, but there are free spots in front of the hotel where you can leave your car for an hour to unload your things. When I tried to do this, a woman came out from the reception, started shouting, swearing, and threatening to call the police. In the end, we got upset and had to leave. During all this commotion—opening and closing doors and so on—I lost a ski mask worth about 2000 zlotys, which greatly spoiled my stay.Will I return to this hotel? Definitely not. I would not recommend it to anyone. All my impressions of this wonderful place were ruined by the staff. (This does not apply to the restaurant staff. They worked impeccably. A big thank you to them.)

Very friendly staff at reception and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms, easy checkin/out online.

I’d love any bar/restaurant to be open a bit longer tk spend time after skiing. Currently it closes at 10 PM during weekends.
