The views from the room when you book with Seaview. And also the beach and the reserved sunbeds and umbrella.

The rooms are a bit outdated, however they are clean and functional.

The residence is very nice, super close to the beach where you have your own space and you have the possiiblity to swim in a big pool. There are 2 restaurant, one in the residence and one to the sea front and food is delicious.

At first night we had apartment 58 in ground floor and it felt really moldy, so we wanted to change it, all stuff was very helpful and changed our apartment to 72 in first floor, there was no other problem. Simply equipped accommodation, older resort but whole area was clean, with all equipment one can need. Pool, sun beds for each apartment on the beach, minimarket, also really nice private beach by the beachrock bar restaurant. Price range definitely meets ours expectations…

There is railway behind the resort and we had apartment in last row so we heard passing trains but it wasn’t too bad.

The smell on the area was very nice from the pine trees, the beach was superb, clean fine sand, clean transparent and cold water. The food at the restaurant was nice but imposible to know what it was from the menu in italian and asking the staff didn't help.

It was very difficult to get in and out by public transport. It was amazing to see most of the beach privatised.

Nice Staff, rooms are great and wonderful beaches.

WiFi connection could be better.

Really good breakfast and beach which belongs to resort, very clean a calm.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the shower was really small and fixed in the top of the shower, you cant move with it, when you are full of sand. And two important things - the cooker doesnt work, we have to buy a firelighter and of course we have to buy a washing-up liquid. There is no air-conditioning in the room.

Close to the beach which a dedicated seating/lounger/umbrella for each room, near the excellent seafront restaurant (Beachrock), and had its own parking space. The air on was effective.

The shower was cold (pthe sea was warmer !) There was no toiletries holder in shower, just holes in the wall….The chiller/refrigerator did not work properly (the air in was colder)!The comfort of the bed was very poor.The room above was extremely noisy and a railway track is close by.The breakfast options were very poor unless you like cake and biscuits, which there were many to choose from.The seating area outside the room was the path to the front door.The toiletries were very poor indeed.

The overall houses organization and location.

The place has a high potential to be an exclusive residence. I guess the current status mainly about gardens around the houses is a temporary status due to the new building ongoing. However location, spool, sea and beach are fantastic

Baia EtruscaOur stay at Baia Etrusca lasted 2 days and 3 nights. The location was really easy to find if you searched for „baia etrusca“ in Google.Pro for the stay:- big private and safe parking - big apartment with terrace, kitchen and dining area, big bathroom and big bedroom- pool- privat Beach with chairs and an umbrella included (walk 3 min)- For families it is a really nice location

Cons:Unfortunately the cons weigh so much that we would not go there anymore:- first of all was the apartment “clean” but not as I with german standards want it —> bathroom is old and there was like mold around the shower and toilet / the corners on the floor where not cleaned - They only provide you with 1 toilet paper roll and they don’t refill it. Also you get no cleaning products for the kitchen to clean the dirty dishes. You need to buy everything in their little market with super high prices. Since we only stayed 2 full days it didn’t make sense for us to buy stuff especially since we could not bring any of it with us. That’s a big minus for us!! - The restaurant/ pizzeria was not really good. The service was really bad, the waitress was super unfriendly and the food itself overpriced for what you get - At lunchtime you don’t really find anything to eat there if you don’t cook for yourself - Also a big minus for us is that there is no wifi in the apartments. Since we were close to the reception we could reach some of the wifiSo all in all if you come with your whole family and you stay for more then just 3 days it can be a really good holiday destination because the kids are safe there in the privat area if the pool or the beach and you can buy all the products you need in a supermarket near by. But for a young couple that only stays for 3 nights it is not recommendable.

Good facilities, beautiful sea, good for kids and very silent at night.

I stayed in a little apartment on the ground floor and I didn't like the balcony, because there no gate and my little son stressed me out, because he stayed outside all the time. Please put a gate there!!!

The location is good and it is near the beach. The complex is a bit run down and the condos are in need of renovation.

The complex and the condos need to be kept in better condition. A misalignment between cost and quality.

Breakfast

The facalities lack basic maintenance. No directions to show one where to go when arriving.

He liked the place by the sea.

Wi-fi wasn't at all.
