The view of the sea from the room was wonderful! Nice big balcony, new and clean bathroom fixtures and coffee machine was appreciated. Coffee in room was good also.parking lot was also a bonus as street parking was full.

Breakfast in a box was not very good. Parking was difficult to locate as there was no clear signage or street number visible.

Location was beautiful

Room smells, the bed was old and uncomfortable. The yard needed to be cut of all the weeds.

A very charming boutique resort with a seaside vibe. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the city center, with a large, convenient parking area. The property features a pool, a restaurant, a gym, and I also saw fitness classes being held. The staff is very friendly, smiling, and helpful. The hotel rooms have unique names, adding character, and are spacious, bright, very well-maintained, and clean. The view from the terrace is great. There is a pleasant small beach right under the hotel, and a bit further along the promenade is another, slightly larger beach, so there's something for everyone. We traveled with a dog, which was not an issue, and we were warmly welcomed. Highly recommend

It's hard to find anything that could be improved. At this level, maintaining the quality of services is all that's needed.

The bed wasn’t so comfortable, the room is very basic. There was a bad smell from the shower.

Excellent location and facilities

Manager of gym with swimming pool that we were told to leave early despite being guests and told that it closes at 7 but he told us it close at 5. It’s a bad form of treating guests as such

The rooms were absolutely on the water. We were able to wake up and look directly at the Isle of Elba. The room was clean and thoughtfully appointed. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I feel like the pictures and advertisements led me to believe that it was much more luxurious than it was. I thought I was booking a major resort and found it to be a very small, but comfortable inn. During the time we were there, restaurant was unavailable which made dining much more challenging. I had no idea that it would be unavailable. I also had a hard time locating the actual inn because the signage was extremely discreet.

Absolutely loved this location, fantastic views and great value, very comfortable and peaceful room (I stayed in the orange room). I'd only booked one night but could have stayed longer.

The only very minor negative was not being able to get the coffee machine to work!

Lovely large room with a little terrace and an amazing view over the sea to Elba island beyond. Very friendly team and easy to navigate parking onsite.

We stayed out of season so many of the amenities were not yet operational. It’s a short walk from the centre of town and the decor is a little old fashioned.

Beautiful location - right on the water! Staff were very attentive, too.

No breakfast at this time of year but they did leave some snacks in the room.

No breakfast, no pool, poor and hard beach access

Wonderful view of sea and islands. Nice patio looking out to sea. Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel and in the restaurant.

Bath could have been larger.

The view is very best. Its location is the main advantage. The pictures don’t give the full understanding how beautiful it is there. The whole sea and islands are by your feet.

Just be ready for stony beaches.

This place located at great place by sea but nothing more than that.

Pool was packed with locals and breakfast located at cafebar by the pool and lots of sweet pastries without eggs. Italian standard may be. Staffs at this cafebar is very nice specially en woman working very hard. Room was unique /strange and decorated with cheep stuff.

Excellent facility with 25m pool, gym, and access to the sea. Breakfasts at their beautiful terrace over looking the bay. I got gluten free bread every morning as well.

Warning not easy to walk down to the beach. This is however not belonging to the hotel.

Beautiful views, balcony overlooking the sea, view of Elba Island! Easy to park! Ferry port was just a few kilometers away! The best sunsets and views!! Restaurant was nearby.

Room was a bit sparse, the place is a bit dated. Breakfast nothing but sweets and carbs, few options!
