Gate wouldn’t automatically open when I arrive at the hotel, had to call the reception desk each time. There should be a way to tap the room key card for the gate to open. Otherwise an absolutely excellent hotel!!

No air-conditioning. First night was warm and muggy; they gave us a fan. Thankfully, the weather cooled and it became more comfortable. The facilities are dated and one hallway carpet was worn through. The hotel is constructed oddly, in that above the lobby level, the elevator stops are at landings between the room floors, meaning that after you get off the elevator, you have to go down some stairs (or up, if you want to) to get to the floor where your room is. Was that the style in 1970, when this place was built?

Breakfast was great, location is great. Rooms are huge

No air conditioner!! I had my room on the east side. The room was very hot and I had difficulty sleeping there at night. Even during the day room was very warm.

Location was great and the size of the room was amazing.

Housekeeping did not make the bed nor did they clean the bathroom while we were there. They did not always refill the minibar properly.

The staff were so helpful. The location is perfect for hiking and the panoramic views from our deluxe apartment balcony were breathtaking

Double bed matresses kept drifting apart at night.

Very professional and polite staff, exceptional cuisine, very well equipped apartment, very clean. Safe parking and ski room. Nice atmosphere, beautifully furbished and decorated premises. Very cosy night bar.

Hotel absolutely fulfilled our expectations. The staff was kind and very helpful. Location was perfect for us as we hiked a lot and the train station is very close as well.

Great rooms, beds, bathroom, food, staff, services, location, everything worth 4 stars. The skibus every half hour is a great thing. We loved the Christmas decoration everywhere, they took it really seriously. Minibar in the room free of charge and refilled every day. Nice mountain view. Private parking.

Just a small thing: small dining room to my opinion, tables too close to each other and still not enough tables for all guests during rush hour.

The location is perfect, we had a gorgeous view from our room window. Breakfast and dinner were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were all kind. There is also a garage for cars, a supermarket a few steps away, and a playground right outside. There’s a train station down the road, and it’s a beautiful walk to the lake, ski resort, and other areas. Perfect for families (and also dog friendly!) ? We will surely be back!

Location is just perfect, directly by the lake. Breakfast and dinner were varied and tasty. Room was really spacious with a nice mountain view. There is also a mini bar free of charge. Hotel is providing free Ski bus service so you just need to call to reception about 20 minutes in advance. Parking is in underground garage.

Each day we asked about accessibility to activity room (billiard, table tennis, etc.) but we got still the same response " tomorrow it should be open". We spent in Hotel only 2 nights, so I hope they will fix it as soon as possible. Cozy wellness is gratis as well, but one sauna was not working. There is no tea or coffee while room is equipped with kitchen and kettle.

The building is amazing, a real gem of brutalist architecture, yet it's been refurbished not long ago, and is completely up to modern standards. The apartment I stayed in is airy with lots of space and a very comfortable layout. It's packed with storage space, so perfectly fine for longer stays. The view from the hotel is splendid, even though I was not on the side facing the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, with a wide selection. Parking is comfortable in front of the building, but there seems to be underground parking as well. Sofa bed was comfortable.

There were minor issues with cleanliness, the handles of the kitchen furniture were sticky, probably from something by the previous guest, and when I tried to use the bathtub to take a bath as opposed to just showering in it, the stopper plug could not be closed because of the junk it collected.Talking about the bath, water pressure is somewhat low, but that's to be expected at that height.My friend sleeping in the main bedroom bed told me that it could be more comfortable.I would have loved to have a bit more of vegetables at the breakfast as well, but I am really just nitpicking at this point.
