Concordia is centrally located, has free wi-fi, TV and mini-fridge + a very pleasant, helpful, responsive staff. I rate the staff much higher than I rate the facility that they operate.

Cons -

At the price I paid, Concordia did not represent good value; after 50 Sicilian nights, I feel qualified to make this judgment. In my rear room, the wi-fi proved woefully slow. As with many older properties, this one requires major refurbishment.
