- Location, clean, friendly staff.
- Hotel was clean and presentable. Outside, there was a homeless camp under the archway next to the hotel. Did not feel safe to go out and walk at dark.

- Very noisy from the road next to the hotel. We had a junior suite and the noise was so loud even with the doors closed. Paid a good amount and all you can hear is cars and semis all night
- Crowded, not much help at front desk. Would rate this at best a 3-3.25 STAR hotel. Coming from the 5 STAR NH Taormina, we expected NH 4 STAR would really be a 4 STAR. IT DEFINITELY WAS NOT!!!

The location was decent. The pool was decent. The breakfast was very good.
Crowded, not much help at front desk. Would rate this at best a 3-3.25 STAR hotel. Coming from the 5 STAR NH Taormina, we expected NH 4 STAR would really be a 4 STAR. IT DEFINITELY WAS NOT!!!
