Property is very good and clean Reception staff are ver helpful

F&B staff are very rude , I had a situation there with the one if the buffet staff and escalated to the F&B manager named Mr.Saed , the guy came with very aggressive attitude and very tough way in solving problems he doesn’t know anything about customer satisfaction and even handling !

Bit far from the beach, golf car was not available for 2 nights, stuff is not friendly and no bellman to assist with luggage, dirty bathrooms

Staff was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure my stay was appreciated. Breakfast had a lot of varieties and staff were attentive and very efficient serving the tables. Beach is close by 5 mins walk.

ACs is the old squared one - which is very noisy that we had to close it to be able to sleep.All beds are twins so no even queen bedToilet seat had stains

Amenities were very poor.. Old AC with terrible noise, smelly furniture, a curtain instead of the wardrobe, housekeeping used wet towels to make a crocodile on the beds. tiny room with a tiny bathroom.Will never go there again.

The hotel is very basic. I was satisfied as i stayed at a good rate. But i wouldnt stay with today’s rate as its overpriced for the facilities and the location of the hotel. In summary its an ok hotel, for a friendly budget, if the rate is too high better look somewhere else.

The ac in the room as very old and a bit noisy. Also the queen bed was 2 single beds attached.

Very basic room . Shower handle was extremely high up including the towels. I needed to jump to grab them. Only means of transport was a buggy service most of the time it was an extended period of Waite at times it was not available .

The location is very good, beds are comfortable, room is clean, and good value for money.

The staff lacks hospitality manners and etiquette. Since we checked in till we checked out all the staff we met (receptionist, bell boy, house keeping) didn't know how to handle or deal with guests in terms of language, problem solving, and hospitality.Just an example After check in, we left the room at about 5 to go to the beach, when we returned later we noticed some things were taken from the.mini bar. Normally we reported it and their excuse was that they needed to rotationally change the chips in the rooms??? I don't understand who gave them the right to walk in the room while im not there to take whatever they want then justify it.Honestly the management is better off with a well trained staff that can elevate the hotels name.

Hotel being in Almaza bay and able to use the facilities of the other sister Jaz hotels in Almaza bay is the biggest plus. Breakfast buffet is decent. Staff is very friendly, helpful and cooperative. Jaz management is keeping the standard in general

The hotel is basic so you have to manage your expectations, it’s clean and decent and convenient if you just need the room to sleep and shower. It’s walking distance from the beach ( or 2 min by golf cart).Windows AC, is doing the job but sometimes bit noisy, (budget style accommodation)Rooms don’t have queen or king beds, all are single attached beds, which can be uncomfortable.Some minor improvements can make the room better.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and respectful especially Moustafa at the reception.

the bed was extremely uncomfortable morning light hits the room starting sunrise because there is not blackout or anything that dim the room

The rooms weren’t clean and we asked for a taxed invoice because this was a work trip, and they told me it will take time we will send it over whatsapp, although I have mentioned this while booking a week before the trip, and till today they didn’t send me the invoice and they told me they might not send it as I didn’t request it few days before!!! That’s unprofessional because I already mentioned in my booking that I want it, or else the company will charge me for the stay!! Why is a taxed invoice so hard?!
