Best Western Hotel I Colli

Staff and the location which serves my staying purpose.

Wifi is weak, there was no kittle for hot water, but you can ask the receptionist for it and they will help you.

good breakfastVery cleanhelpful staff

no restaurant

The staff was accommodating, they provided extra blankets and pillows and a free breakfast when we complained about the lack of heat. The room had a nice view and high ceilings. Good service.

The beds are rather small with thin mattresses and pillows. Small basic room.

No hot water, air conditioning is fixed at 23C and covered with masking tape but ita hot. Self service, you need to brin

No Hot waterLocationService

Convenient, good value, clean ,easy to park, friendly staff.

Location

Easy to find, secure arming and clean

My bed squeaked every time I moved

Clean, spacious, quiet room

The free parking and Kate check-in

Our room smelled of smoke. It was like someone had been smoking in the room or in the room next door. It was really unpleasant.

Friendly staff

Shower water was “luke warm” at best, which was very disappointing as we were coming from the beach and getting ready for a formal night out. No iron or ironing board. No hair conditioner. Hair dryer was very difficult to use.

It was a quick check-in. Staff at the reception to restaurant and cleaners were helpful but no much friendly and welcoming. I guess this is general in Italy. The Hotel was clean and the location was very good.

Staff were not welcoming. Prices are a bit at higher side. Everytime you need to talk to the reciption to open the gate barrier.

Free and easy, and secure, basement car park. Quiet. Relaxed. Good value.

comfortable and clean hotel. friendly staff

The staff, the facilities, the breakfast.

Staff - Camere - Pulizia - Garage

Good view from terrace room, once we upgraded. Would recommend anyone to take the 4th floor rooms with terrace. Good breakfast. Spacious underground car park. Good breakfast.

Bit of a walk into town, about 20 minutes and all uphill, though mostly a gentle slope. Original room on first floor a bit small and window wouldn't open properly.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel has its parking.

Furniture was a bit outdated. We could not switch off air conditioner.

room is spacious and bathroom is clean. car parking also available.

Good enough to sleep one night, friendly staff, nice view from the hotel

Very dated

Clean; good choice during breakfast; position 20 min walk from main city center

Although the location is clean, it may need a general renovation in furniture.

The location of the hotel is ecxelent, the view from the room was unbelievable. I think is the best place today to stay at Macerata. Very close to the center of the city.
