Interhotel Tatra

- nice personnel (especially in the hotel bar)- great location in the center- tasty and pretty varied breakfast- great view from 11th floor

- no freee parking- hot as hell in the room when the sun shine (can't open the window and no air condition)

Outside of the hotel looks a bit scary/old when you arrive there during the evening but it is okay because it is renovated inside. Good breakfast. Good location.

Bathroom impractical because you really can't take a shower without splashing water everywhere.

breakfast was excellent and staff was great.

airconditioning was weak, the first night was really hot inside, being on the 12th floor the window couldnt be open properly due to safety. talked to staff the next evening, situation got better.

Very centrally located, clean hotel room and very friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice but the platter offered to each person was too big.

Sound travelled in the building so I could hear a neighbour's shower and toilet.

The single room was not very big, but sufficient for its purpose. The bed was excellent, I haven't had such a wonderfully refreshing sleep in hotels for a few years. The breakfast was sumptuous. Room and bathroom were both clean. The location is very central (even given that Kopřivnice is not a big city, so everything is quite close).

The only serious drawback is lack of tea things in the room. It would be really great to have a cup of tea before going to bed (there's of course a café in the reception floor, but it's only open till 9pm). Otherwise I cannot think of anything worse than squeaking handheld shower.

too much food waste with the breakfast platte. much better with a buffet where you can choose what you’d like. you can hear everything that is said next door, and from the hallway… not very nice to be able to hear your neighbor pee in their own toilet from your room next door. ??

Property was super clean and well equipped, i would like to give big shoutout to stuff, especially cleaning ladies were super nice and helpful, went above with every wish and request we had :)

Had a wonderful stay. Right next to Tatra Museum. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated.

Lovely staff and and a nice quiet stay.Some vegetarian breakfast options available if you ask a member of staff.

People from the bar near the hotel were making noise through the night.

relatively small room, limited storage in the room,

on the whole it is a very nice and clean hoteland the staff in the reception spoke good English that can not be said about the staff in the restaurant.

there are two things that can be improved one is the drain in the shower cabin the drain can not take the amounts of water the shower can supply,and then I missed a goge pitcher so I could make a cup of morning coffee,room 509.

The bed was great. The staff was great, and specialy the day i arriver. Good English, and great service. The design og the hotel was beautiful. The location was very good as i was woorking in Tatra, and it was just a little walk.

The aircondition in the room was very noisy, and the Control did not work. The flush in the bathtub did not work. The room was not clean, and it was dusty. The breakfast was a joke, and it was all sitting in the heat of the room. The meat for the bread was sweating, and the scrabled eggs was not cocker enough. Dry bread, and no real orange juice. The only meat to choose from was one kind of salami and one kind of ham. Really i was expecting alot more for the price i did pay for the stay.

Friendly, helpful staff.

There are no restaurant facilities on midweek evenings.
