It was well located and the host was nice

There were ants and cockroaches everywhere

The staff was very nice and the location eas very central. The room and bathroom were big and the restaurant’s coffee was very good. :)

Location close to the motorway. Good value to stay overnight. Parking available inside the yard. Old facilities.

Dirty, unclean and stinky place not worth to stay for any money. This guesthouse has cockroaches in the room.

The room was not clean and was smelling.The bed sheets and pillowcases had also a terrible smell. We had to use our towels over the head pillows, to protect our faces for eventual previous guests usage.The toilet was not clean, smelling ...

The location is amazing, next to the Danube river.

The only "nice thing" was that the owners love animals and live with 4 cats and 3 dogs in the common room.

It was a complete mess, there were bugs on the bed, it was very dirty, the electrical outlets were dangerous and taken out of the wall and the blind system was broken. On top of that at 2 am somewone was shouting for 15 minutes and beating the drum. Definitely no return, even if we're paid to do so.

i need to contact booking. i was dropped off at 10pm. the landlord wouldn't let me check in. he was drunk and kicked the guest out. i couldn't believe what was happening. it was terrible

Well equipped kitchen and clean shower. Sizeable rooms

Rooms could’ve been slightly cleaner and with more/ working plug sockets.

The location is near the city center and right next to the Danube river. The staff was nice, the booking owner spoke english. There was plenty of space to park our motorcycle inside on the yard.

Just small things. The kitchen wasn't well equipped, there was just one glass in the 7 bed apartment.

The hospitality is a disaster, and the question of where is the internet that they advertise on booking, the owner says "leave the room and you have it on the terrace". I'm talking about apartment number 1. The TV is of course not working, the cables have been pulled from the wall, including the antenna. It seems as if it has never worked, that is, it has never been connected. The appearance of the room is terrible, the walls, the only good thing is the windows. The kitchen is shared, the toilet is shared, so there is nothing to do with the shower.

Horrible status of property . Dirty , really used. Angry / unfriendly owner. Not recommend at all to stay in this Gasthaus. Find something else in this beatiful town.

We were litterally kicked out from the room! I made the reservation online, I met the lady at the property, I paid the room, filled the form. We went 200 hundred meter away to a place to eat and drink something and we came 1 hour later. I took one bag from the car and a guy came and starting to complain about how I parked my car in a very rude manner. I moved the car, I went in the room and immediately the same guy came and start shouting to leave the room! I couldn't believe! I asked explanations and he was keep saying: "I am not interested!" He actually is the son of the lady I paid to. He said he rented the room to somebody else. I tried to tell him that my wife has a medical condition... same answer: " I am not intersted!" I got my money back, but I am still in shock! We found another place to stay over the night, but...Before you rent in this place, think twice! You can be the next victim!

very bad experience, not worth the money

Very bad experience. complained about late arrival despite being in the stated check-in window. we were forced to stay in an another property that we didn’t book which was filthy with mold on the ceilings.

I arrived before 11 p.m., although they had announced that it would be possible to arrive around 00 a.m. They did not respond to my message on Booking. I tried to contact them by phone, they called but they didn't answer. Then they turned off their phone so I was unable to check in. I notified the Booking.com site of the situation to cancel the reservation and not have my money taken on the reservation and I later stayed at another location
