    Pros +

    • breakfast was great and housekeeping always did such a great job
    • Great restaurant, and nice breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff wherever you went.
    • Parking was amazing, plenty of space. Breakfast was also nice. I would have liked to have 2 bottles of water in the room as its usual in hotels (one for each person),but one was included and you had to pay for the second one, which was a bit strange but staff were very kind about it and explained when i was confused at check out.

    Cons -

    • A little far from center of town
    • Everything. The hotel is formally rated as 4 stars hotel. Actually it is not more than 3 stars hotel. We got an overheated room without a possibility to turn off the AC. The guy from the lobby send someone who suggested to open the window over the main noisy road. It was a nightmare and terrible experience. Do not go there!
    • my room was filled with mosquitos and I informed the reception couple times but nothing changed , I had mosquitos bites everywhere that I have to sleep with mi socks and cover all my body to avoid them

It was good. The room was clean with comfortable bed.Very friendly and professional staff.

The breakfast was expected to be better considering the area which is very well known for its unique traditional dishes

The hotel was recommended by friends, and was really good. The room was spacious, cleaned, and the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel's location was also ideal—close to both the city center and the train station.Breakfast was good, including a variety of breads, fresh coffee, juice, cheeses, deli meats, yogurt, and regional specialties like cakes, pies, honey, and homemade jams. On some busy days, there was a lack of some items or took longer to be replaced.I took dinner in the restaurant one night, and everything was lovely. I had a good pasta perfectly cooked, the salt bread was absolutely delicious and the wine was excellent. I also was recommended by the staff to try a regional liqueur made by olive leaves, which surprised me.

It is a big hotel that receives groups and hold conventions, so if the guest is looking for a more local and smaller hotel, I do not recommend it.

Parking was great, easy to reach, walking distance to the centre. Friendly staff, a lot of variety for breakfast!

Good location for our purposes. Parking place available. Good bed in the room

Big hotel, having tourist groups around. Noisy breakfast rooms with too many people.

A clean, well mantained quiet and modern hotel not far from the old city. The hotel stuff was excellent.

    All was great

Breakfast was great! Far better than Italian standards.

No USB to recharge. No places for the towels in the bathroom.

    Clean hotel with nice staff.

AC is automatically turned off around 2am and the room becomes hotter quick (especially now during the summer). To turn it on again, we needed to ask the reception. Turned off again during the morning.

I rate it GOOD. Will give a new try in the future, because the staff in the restaurant was poor

Breakfast room too large for the number of staff! The Bar was only availalble till 10pm

The hotel has a large parking lot. It is about 20 minutes to the train station or to the center, or you can get there by bus, the stop is close to the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is fine, I would welcome yogurt. The staff is helpful and nice. The hotel equipment is sufficient, I appreciate the kettle and cups for tea/coffee in the room.

I was in Minerva hotel with a group of business delegation as their coordinator. The location was perfect. A walking distance from Arezzo Fiera and about 20 minutes by walk to city center.Breakfast was good and delicious. Of course it is an Italian hotel and you can not compare it with some other 4-star hotels in Asia. The rooms was spacious and big enough for 2 people with all facilities you need.I will try to stay in Minerva hotel next time if they have available rooms for my group.Regards

Everyone were very kind! Parking us great

    It is little too old...

    6AllanPosted on: 4-21-2024

    Clean well presented. Easy parking.

For a hotel that has all the flags flying outside, we were disappointed that the rooms have tea/coffee making facilities but don’t offer milk for the guests. Even after making the request on the first day we were reluctantly given some but the following day we were told we would have to purchase some.

The hotel was not bad but very disappointed with the staff behaviour.

This stay was supposed to be a Christmas present for my mum and dad, therefore the payment was made before their arrival notwithstanding the fact that the payment was due at check-in. Then at check out, the receptionist asked my parents to pay (even though the room and city tax were both already settled) leaving them perplexed. Once realised that he made a mistake and that the room was already paid, without even apologising for the inconvenience he printed and gave the receipt of payment to my mum, showing her how much we spent for their Christmas gift. Very disappointing is all I can say.

The hotel locates near station Arezzo Casella 1 of local railway to Casentino in one stop from Arezzo Centrale. To walk to the city center 15-25 min, to Arezzo Centrale and bus station - 20-30 min. The room had all basic amentities including a kettler. The bathroom had shower, WC, bide. The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful.

    The safe did not work.
