Vogue Hotel Arezzo

Huge room with a big bathroom. Very comfortable and quiet. Only weird thing is I had no pillows.

I couldn't figure out which light switch worked which lights.

Excellent location. Very clean. Comfortable, recently remodeled.

It is a hotel and had personnel and server breakfast.

Close to everything. Easy walk to the train station. The bathroom had a make-up mirror and 2 sinks which is very nice. Breakfast was good.

The shower was a bathtub with shower on top. No grab bars and the bottom was skating rink slippery. But the worst feature was a giant window that looks into the bedroom. There was no privacy for the person taking a shower as the person taking a shower was clearly visible from anyone laying on the bed. I am a 70 year old woman and wasn’t comfortable taking a shower. Glad for the bidet. Also at night if you got up to use the bathroom the light went right through that window and woke up the other person.

Usually room are with numbers, here with name, so you need to look for the right room ;-)

Everything was perfect! Everyone is so nice and helpful, the hotel super clean and comfortable and very well located. I really enjoyed my stay, so much so that i’be booked extra 2 days.

The aircon wasn't working when we arrived. But that was quickly fixed.

Nice hotel in great location. Ask for a room off the street because street facing rooms are noisy.

It was close to the train station, clean and comfy, and very nice staff!

There was no hot water when showering no matter how long the water was on!

The bathroom had rusted spots and the AC wasn’t the best.

Bed very comfortable, very good breakfast with super friendly assistant, very good shower and bidet.

Room was very dark and outside very noisy at night, so we couldn't open the window for air, and in the daytime had to keep light on instead of having daylight. A kettle in the room would have been helpful.

We were only in Arezzo for one night and the location was excellent for our purposes - a short walk from the station and very close to the places we’d wanted to visit.

The air conditioning was controlled from the reception desk. After we went down to ask if to be turned on for the night it was too much hassle to go down to ask for it to be turned off when it proved to be a bit cold and noisy.

Lovely spacious room and very close to main attractions and the railway. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Comfortable bed, quiet room and a bath with good water pressure.

No hot water on our last day but that was a problem with the boiler.

As far as the room I got (Leonardo) shower and bathroom have a bit unfair layout

Some diced fruit and yoghurt would have been nice. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

A mosquito screen so you could open the windows would be nice.

Walking distance from train station and all the sites. Large comfortable room. Helpful staff. Decorated with character.

The location and the staff were good. The hotel is in the center and it's convenient to reach the main attractions.

It was not worth the price. The room is definetly NOT a 4 star at all. Many things were broken and not functional. Walls were never cleaned and not maintained. The bed was really uncomfortable because there were two singe beds made as one and they had wheels (so everytime you move, the two beds get separated). Another problem is that the building does not have a good isolation so we could hear a lot of noises from outside and from other rooms (like people talking, TV on, etc)

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They wanted to chat and gave us the best advice to see a lot of Arezzo in a reasonably short period. Molto simpatici!

The rooms whilst large with many unique pieces were a little tired. We’d recommend repainting, new curtains and lighting (as a little too dark). The entrance needs refurbishing - less furniture and better lighting. The artwork is excellent though!
