B&B Hotel Arezzo

The room smelled really bad. Lack of facial tissues and amenities.

The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant attached to the hotel delicious. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Great location. I wish I could have extended my stay... you won't regret staying there!

The breakfast was delicious but I think ¿10 is a little bit expensive for it.

The hotel room was clean, and the living space was great. The hotel was well located when arriving from the highway it was super convenient. The breakfast was good, coffee was great.

The room isolation was terrible. You could hear pretty much everything that was happening in the corridor and in the other rooms. The bed creaked a lot, and every movement would wake you up during the night.

Spacious modern room. Friendly staff

In the middle of nowhere! Really ugly industrial location. Nothing was open. Staff sent us to restaurants that were closed. They needed more update information as we walked around for a long time trying to find a place to eat.

24 hour check in ( via video link)

The breakfast here not so good. Coffee macine with mediocre coffee, watery juice, and not much selection

It is possible to check in at night, also after the reception is closed. The rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious, everything was great.

The room was comfortable and quite spacious. The location is great for travellers with cars.

There were some problems with the water temperature stability in the shower during our stay.

Everything great. I chose this place, because I need not be in the centre of the city. Having a car, I am mobile. So, I have the option of chossing a cheaper accomodation outside city centre.

It might be a challenge for those who don't have mobility.

Cleanliness of room, bathroom was large and shower was good size. Good breakfast with variety of items.

Room furnishings were showing wear and tear. Exhaust fan in bathroom appeared not to be working.

The room was a good size and very comfortable. In a quiet location and has plenty of on site parking, and good value for money.

Nothing - Everything was fine

Nice, clean room, good location, good breakfast, big parking place

Bathroom all in glass, a bit strange and maybe dangerous

It was clean, good value for money, and for me on good location since I used it for sleepover during travel and it is close to highway.

The hotel was near the autostrada, easy to find with ample parking. Staff as always in BB Hotels very friendly with easy check in. Recommendations were reliable. Room was very quiet and clean, very modern and appealing, much better than the BB's in Germany. The bed was so comfortable, it was the best mattress and pillow in 2 weeks of all hotels we slept in in whole Italy. Enough space for luggage, bathroom very nice and clean as well, fancy glass sink !!Breakfast was ok but not great.

Nothing really.

Comfortable room ,decent breakfast,polite receptionist

Cleaning was doubting. There was a strange smell in the room ,especially in the bathroom

Very modern and clean . A big bath .

The dinner and breakfast was little pricey . A lot of noise in the night from the other rooms and from the big balcony .

The location was convenient for our purposes, we were not looking for a hotel in the center. We were late with the arrival, the reception was closed, but there was a person who remotely checked us in and helped. We didn't pay for breakfast, so we can't rate it.

Free parking, 24/7 Check inn.

mold in the shower, the bathroom needs renovation. low standard breakfast.

pet friendly

we received a call from the receptionist with the pressure to arrive as soon as possible, because she will finish work at 10pm even though on booking.com was listed that reception open 24 hours a day which is why we chose this property. But after the call we had to rush like crazy

The staff was very friendly, everyone speaks English very well, room is big and the location is good. Breakfast was good although we had to pay extra for it.

I thought that breakfast is included in the price but it wasn’t, wifi worked poorly, bathroom has a glass door so you don’t really have privacy when you are in it.

Staff was very friendly excellent service, nice to have work tables in the lobby, good brekfast quite enough. Position of hotel is perfect if you visited Sienna and need to stay for the night. Arezzo is also very interesting little city old town is very charming.

It was a little strange to have glass doors on the toallet which don’t fit right but I survived :), and toallet sit is so high it was funny experiance…not that I didn’t like.
