- Clean and quite big rooms with two floors.Restaurant was okay.Breakfast was good.
- I'll start with the good things. It's a nice location, with spacious rooms and ample parking. There's a swimming pool too, and there are a few restaurants nearby where you can eat well. There is a 20 minutes walking distance to the historic center, we didn't really find the bus useful, because its route is quite infrequent. But the walk was pleasant every time.
- This was a sports complex used off season for tourists. Nice big room, clean and easy location.
Cons -
- They don’t have refrigerator in the rooms.
- Unfortunately, we had a few unpleasant experiences and the first day was a total disaster. We arrived there after a long flight/car trip and to our great surprise, we found out that the room we had booked was not available. My understanding is that it was a mistake made by a former employee, but we had no fault in this story and the way things were communicated to us was distressful and even humiliating. We were accused of making an incorrect reservation, then the blame was put on the former employee and, worst of all, after being given another smaller room for the first day I was told I'd better be happy that I will not sleep on the street. Absolutely terrible, I have never been told this in any hotel in the world where I have been. I cannot understand this stuttering of the staff there, as long as I made this reservation a year in advance. Enough time for them to check thoroughly everything was okay. I was not offered a discount or a refund for the first day, but on the penultimate day the manager apologized for this incident and offered us a set of a bottle of wine and local oil, something that we appreciated and saved their image a little. Absolutely anyone can make mistakes, it matters how we take them on and I think we all learned something from this incident.Apart from this experience (which we got over pretty quickly) I think we had the misfortune of being accommodated at the same time with a very large group of teenagers. The problem is that they were extremely noisy sitting in the hallway late, which is understandable for this age, but not until 3 am. We would have expected the staff to take action without us telling them, but we had to tell them after the 3rd night of uproar. Also, the location does indeed have a pool, but it is more suitable for people who come to swim as a workout, less for families with small children, not a reproach, but just for consideration.
- no ice available without asking and it was a small glass given when we asked. Also seemed to be an inconvenience for the staff to get it for us

when we first checked in we were put in a room that was not what we had booked (we had booked a room with 2 bedrooms). When we went back to inquire they quickly moved us.

Clean, good value. 25min walk from Arezzo
We have been here overnight several times. Everyone is very freindly and helpful! We noticed the breakfast is slightly more expensive than in the past but worth it. We found the cheese and Salami a much better quality than before! Well done!!
A nice hotel with a good open air swimming pool.
The pool was closed at 7.30pm, too early for a very hot august
Extremely spacious and clean room. Great having pool. Restaurant on site. Location reasonably close to many attractions. Reception staff very helpful and obliging. We believe it is good value for money and would definitely stay again on return trip.
This place was absolutely incredible. The rooms were huge and airy and finished to a great standard. The location is literally 5 minutes drive from the Centro by taxi and 20 mins walk. Micheal the owner, did the kindest gesture whilst we were there. We will definitely be back. If you want a refreshing hotel in Arezzo with incredible amenities this is the place. You won’t regret it!
Absolutely nothing, it was perfect
Big rooms with air conditioning, absolutely nice and helpful staff, amazing breakfast buffet.
Beware that on Thursday night there are loud pool parties till midnight, so depending if you have to sleep early on Thursday, you might avoid the place
Bad
The cleanliness of the room was appalling. The floors were dirty and covered in hair from previous occupants, which was highly unhygienic and completely unacceptable. There was mould in the bathroom and on the walls, posing a serious health risk and indicating a lack of proper maintenance and care. The pictures of the room were highly misleading. The actual room had strange fixtures sticking out of the walls that were neither shown nor mentioned in the descriptions. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, with a mattress that was unreasonably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Moreover, the air conditioning unit in the room was leaking and did not function properly, making the room unbearably warm and uncomfortable in the extremely warm weather. On top of this, the Wi-Fi service was extremely poor, with frequent disconnections that made it impossible to work or stay connected to the internet.
The staff were great and the facilities were of a great standard. Also the food was amazing and reasonably priced. The room we were given had a mezzanine floor which made it feel more like an apartment than just a room. There is an honesty bar, where you can add drinks to the room.
The shower didn't have a way to stop water going all over the floor so with the tiles did become slippy after a family of 4 had used it.There was no information on the Booking.com page to explain that to use the pool, you had to wear swimming hats. This is a standard in Italy but unknown to us as an English family, you can buy them from the hotel at €3 each though. There is no fridge in the room.
great food (very good restaurants on site), very nice service, close to the center, well-kept swimming pool.
Not much
The receptionist was very rude, aggressive and she forgot to leave my friends key at the reception so when they arrived at 11pm, they had to wait another 45mins to get into the room after they sent the on duty manager to drive back to the hotel. I made double sure everything was ready and she said yes, but she didn't do this. Also the aircon in our room wasn't working and I went to the lobby 2 times to try to fix it but no one could help. Very disappointing
Lovely large room with plenty of space. Extremely helpful staff. Great location and exceptionally good value for money. Easy access into the town by car..
Unfortunately, there was no kettle in the room. However, plenty of tea and coffee were available in the reception area
Great pool, great staff, good breakfast, great value.
The shower design makes it impossible to take a shower without drenching the bathroom, but this is a minor issue considering all of the pros.
Big room
Mozzies and grumpy lady at breakfast
Free parking, clean, breakfast
bathroom shower was small and flooded the bathroom
The room was big and beautiful. It had two floors - the first floor had a queen bed and the second floor had 2 twin beds. Breakfast had a great selection of pastries and sandwiches.
I actually love everything - where the hotel was located, the beautiful landscape. It was excellent
They pleasantly heated the rooms because it was cold outside.Room size was good, new furniture.
It is far from the city. The beds are not very comfortable. One small TV.
