Il Gentiluomo Hotel & SPA

Great location off the motorway to get to the hotel. Garage next door to refuel the car. They were pet friendly and the staff were all helpful/friendly

The evening meal was the worst I’ve had in Italy. Chicken was cold in the middle and I had to ask for it to be heated through. All the side veg such as roast potatoes and spinach were clearly reheated.

Nice geographic situation closed to the Highways. Nice place. Oedsonnal at the reception very helpfull.

The restaurant in the evening offer poor quality of food for the price. On the morning, breakfast was OK.

Disappointing

noise in the passageway and noisy neighbours. from a 4 stars i'd expect more quality in both guests and anti-sound doors

very clean room & very clean hotel/friendly staff/good breakfast/good parking space/reasonable price

Modern clean. Professional staff

Position, difficile d'accès.

It’s a perfect place if you are on a roadtrip in Tuscany. You can easily park, it is well located, comfortable and clean.

Parking and location very near to the motorway .

Beds are not double but two singles put together , very uncomfortable. Room temperature impossible to adjust. noise of the lifts near the rooms. Curtains are in a very bad state and not dark enough to keep the light off in the morning. Lack of safe deposit box in some of the bedrooms .

The staff was nice and the breakfast was good

Location, the mini bar was never refilled we never had water at night and had to go ask the reception in the middle of the night. The reception never answered the phone.

I will go back because the personnel was really nice. We could not find a spot in nearby restaurants (it was a Saturday night) so we were quite desperate. Even if they still don't have a restaurant, the lady at the reception managed to put together a light dinner for us. Very much appreciated. Hopefully they will open the restaurant soon.

Only weak points: airco in the room, which was a bit too cold for my taste and the carpet which needs a little cleanup in some parts.
