Family run - they take pride in how they run their hotel. They went out of their way to help. It made us feel like cousins who had come to visit them.

Perfect location, comfortable bedroom and no noise.

Great location near restaurants, the churches I wished to see, and the train station.

The air conditioning was very weak and the room was fairly warm

convenient location,close to train station, and not far from the old city. plenty of restaurants and shops around. I even bought a mobile SIM card in a nearby TIM shops. Staff is very polite and friendly. Breakfast is good as a choice.

Finding it was difficult, since it does not have its parking garage. If you need a parking space, the best/closest parking in Eden Parking lot. Very short walking distance to hotel.

Great positioning the town so easy to access all the sights. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff are nice and helpful. Price was good. The room matched the photos.

It’s a bit noisy mainly in the morning, not too bad as it is mainly doors closing and banging - bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Location perfect very near from the station of Arezzo and the city center. Breakfast was nice.

The only thing I don’t like was that the “towels” are like sheets.

The hotel was very good for a short stay in Arezzo: convenient location (town and railway station); clean with good sized bathroom and shower; good breakfast; helpful and friendly staff.

The lift could be a bit larger, however small lifts appear to be the norm in Italian apartment blocks and older buildings.

The breakfast was decent. It was right between the funiculare and the center of town, making it great for coming in with luggage.

I wish they would have warned me that there was a live singer playing very loudly out my window until 12:30am on Saturday night.

The position Is very good and the lady who welcomed us was very nice and helpful, recommending us things we could do/see/enjoy in the city.

The breakfast was quite disappointing, the roller shutter was not working, the room in general is very old. Good place just to sleep in, nothing else.

The location of the hotel is excellent, especially for those traveling by train. Compared to the entrance hall, it seems that rooms have been thoroughly renovated and mine was quite comfortable for a short stay. The cleaning service was great and on time every day. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and the value for money was great.

I stayed on the third floor, so wi-fi was not always stable. The breakfast room seems quite dark and run down, but they make up for this by having very accommodating staff and great Italian coffee.

1. the walls between the rooms are paper thin: you hear EVERYTHING in the next room.2. the breakfast is minimal.3. the towels are not in terrycloth, they dry very little; the first day i had e6 towels, the second day 3, and the last day only one, all of them in ordinary cloth.

They let me check-in early, all staff were friendly and nice. The room is clean (actually, it’s the cleanest room I had during my journey in Italy) and comfortable, it’s the kind of room once you open the door you smile.Breakfast is great ?

It would be perfect if there’s a kettle in the room.
