Pros +
- Location! Excellent old town location. Walk to restaurants and sites. Vehicle storage available.
- Lovely hotel in the center of town, near to churches, Duomo and fort. We loved the 24 hour coffee service. Nice amenities usually found in fine hotels.
- Location
Cons -
- We skipped optional breakfast. It was expensive and more food than we eat in the morning.
- Small room on two levels. Bed was up many stairs, with no space around the bed even to stand let alone for anything else. Very noisy - not just from the street (as expected) but from the room above. Tiny bathroom. Only cold water in the morning.
- Compact room, with no comfortable seating in the room or elsewhere in the hotel, nowhere to relax apart from lying on the bed. No bar and we chose to get breakfast elsewhere.

Great location with good breakfast included. Kathlyn (front desk) was very friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff. Great location and clean
Location was perfect for main attractions. We liked the decor/paintings with lots of tiles. Modern bathroom with jacuzzi and lots of towels.

A very tasteful, comfortable stay with excellent, understated service. The staff were helpful with parking and the room was clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable.
Nothing at all.
Location was excellent....best location in the city.....you are in the center of the historical district...best restaurants and shopping easy walking distance. Staff was great.
The breakfast was I think more for European type travelers than American.....we just found it easier to get coffee and pastry on the go at one of the many locations around the hotel.
The reception was very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent, just next to the Church of San Francesco.
The room was beautifully decorated & had everything one could want. Quite luxurious really.
The room was in the basement which was a surprise. I didn’t realize that when I booked it. Also there was a foul odor (from the drains?) which was off putting.
Comfortable stay. Easy to find and great location.Staff very helpful.
Could hear guests in the next room but they were very loud.
The central location was great, and the staff was excellent. Also the room was attractive and pleasant.
Brilliant location in the centre of the Old town lots of restaurants near by.
The hotel was really tricky to fond in our cat, better directions would help.
Great value breakfast. Beautiful big room - much better than last time, which although lovely, was too small!
Location, quality of rooms, quality of service.
It declares to have parking included (appearing after filtering the hotels in Arezzo) instead the parking is a public parking close to the hotel and costs 20€/day. It should not appear as an hotel with parking or it should declare clearly that the parking is on top of the price and not just below the hotel.
Central location. Fresh fruit daily.
We didn’t realize we booked a dark room in the basement. Big mistake. Breakfast also served in basement, no windows or a/c, depressing, but attendant was nice.
I have stayed here many times and continue to enjoy it. The staff is excellent and accommodating. Cinzia at the desk is just a lovely person!
Nice locationexcellent decoration!!!kind personnel
Air conditioning in the duplex rooms is not enough as cold air is not coming to the up floor (obliged us to sleep all in the ground floor in two beds instead of our four)!Second, some families probably staying permanently in the hotel ? or renting upper floors, therefore young children running on an old wooden floor can really upset you....if you got there for long weekend etc to relax
It was sad and expensive. Dark room and slow service.
Underground room with disco lighting and glass walled bathroom with exposed toilet. Unbelievably complicated television. Staff that dis not understand English and was rarely availableI was trapped in a Brooklyn disco during the seventies era of Saturday Night Fever - only I could not get the appropriate Bee Gees music because the electronics weren't working
Location fabulous, advance information good.
Stairs within the room a bit steep (doubt you can do anything about that, but we weren't warned in advance/offered an alternative in advance); aircon not explained and unnecessarily complicated.
