Hotel Palace del Conero

The receptionist were so helpful and polite. They helped me book my taxi to the airport as it was really hard to get hold of a taxi in the area. Breakfast was good as well, with staff offering a variety of hot drinks. The room was spacious and clean. And the bathroom light was my favourite part! So bright and ideal to do your makeup and take cute pics.

The windows open really wide which I think is a bit of a safety hazard. Apart from that everything else was perfect.

The hotel is very close to the main road network we were travelling on and accepted dogs.

The photos suggest it is quite modern and current but it is in need of substantial investment to maintain the hotel and surrounding.Setting in an industrial area is disappointing.Room was very nice.Restaurant was a bit of a let down with minimal choice and no English translation.

The room was comfy and clean. Located near the autostrada for those who are traveling. Breakfast was great and the staff very very helpful!

The staff was amazing and more than helpful. They worked overtime just to wait for my late check-in.

Check-out is a little bit too early (10:00) and breakfast time is until 9.30.

Location is very good, breakfast also! Great caffe +++recommendation for this hotel - it is little bit old, not so charming, but value for money is good.they have parking!

Location is nice, its just opposite commercial center .... The breakfast was nice. Overall good experience and recommend for business travellers.The hotel provides free car parking just in front of the hotel.

Check out at 10:00 am .... Most of the hotels give you check out until 12:00 but at this hotel its 10:00 am

Good breakfast, nice swimming pool and no problem with the parking. Staff during breakfast was very nice and kind.

The room was ok, but I could not open the window as the noise from the motorway was too loud. It was ok for one night, as we stopped on our way from Conero to Frasassi.

The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful, travelling with 2 big dogs...perfect for our needs

The hotel had an amazing location to visit the nearby mountains. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice.

The room was unclean, extremely unclean. We saw a few cockroaches, and some items from previous guests.

Gorgeous pool with garden area, proper and clean, new facilities, outside seating.

Very well positioned if you are travelling by car. Quite comfortable. Clean. As a non smoker the smell in the room of cigarettes was very offputting. Unfortunately the room next door to ours was a smokers one!Please be aware of this. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs. The fish was very fresh. Highly recommend it!The staff was very friendly. Also you get 20% discount if you eat at the restaurant. Breakfast was good. Italian style, with the option of fried eggs and cold meat. We would’ve liked to stay longer to explore the area. It looks very interesting!

The premises are old and need renovation. The hotel is next to the highway. It is ok if you just need a place to sleep.

My room was clean and comfortable.Probably it could be interesting to have the opportunity to use netflix platform for free.Breakfast was very good. Rich and tasty.

Wi-fi for free not so good. I had difficulties to use it.In fact I used the hotspot from my telephone.Probably to have a better choice at the restaurant. I was obliged to take the package for dinner (First, second and so on...) It was late, I'd prefered to take only one thing.Quality was quite good.

Nothing really maybe the menue could gave been in Emglish but not a big issue.

Good value, large room and comfortable. Liked the location (I was travelling and used it as a resting spot). Good staff, plenty of parking and a few things to do nearby on a lazy day

The AC was very noisy even on low fan setting. No remote for the AC.Some parts are a bit tired, need a little renovation
