Pros +
- Everything! This place is a hidden gem: from the excellent to staff to the clean and exquisite room, I loved everything about it. Also shout out to Lamberto, the manager, helpful and knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. One of the best hotels I have stayed at, and I travel a lot!!
- The owner was very nice and helpful
- Parking, access to town.
Cons -
- The hotel was literally freezing, both in the common areas and in the room—not to mention the bathroom (I stayed there in January). A single split unit to heat the room and the bathroom is far from sufficient, especially in a historic building. It was very irritating. The shower box was tiny.
- Needed help with luggage, though good help was provided.
- I appreciated how spacious the room was for myself and my mother. However, the shower was kind of ridiculously and surprisingly small that I thought for a second that I wouldn't fit in or let alone move while taking a shower. It will add a huge value if they renovated the bathrooms. Also, I would have appreciated it if I had more control on lighting in the room as it was too bright when I put on, but too dark if I don't turn on the light. The bus from Arezzo to this establishment, we were planning to take, was not in service as it was a holiday. We had no choice but to take a taxi and it costed us about 80 EUR. It's definitely harder to reach compared to other hotels, but it well worth the time, money, and effort!

Great location and great value. Breakfast is very good, the room is bright and spacious, very clean and the bathroom is big and well furnished. Air conditioning is great in summer. The receptionist is outstanding: friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and fluent in multiple languages.
Very friendly host and generous breakfast with home made cakes and jams. Large comfortable room with all facilities. Conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood a 15 minute walk from the centre of town. The town has some good restaurants and the best of all the Museo Civico with its beautiful painting by Piero della Francesca.
The amazing friendly host nothing was too much troubleVery clean and tidyBreakfast especially the homemade cake was incredible Would definitely recommend and not hesitate staying there again in the future
Great quiet location to discover Tuscany. Walking distance (10min) to beautiful Sansepolcro old town
It was really nice the hotel let us check-in early. I had a really great conversation with the main staff there on the history of the establishment and how a family runs this business. Although I have to say an electric kettle in the room was a bit old(bottom surface coming off), the room was clean and our needs were covered. Really appreciated how the hotel kept some of the vintage quality while updating the room with modern appliances. The breakfast felt very homey and warm.

Breakfast was very good, and staff very helpful.
Shower was super small.
Beautiful building and spacious room but the most important super polite staff
The hotel room was clean and I liked the antique touch of the interior design. The hotel owner was very communicative and he always had a nice smile. The breakfast was tasty! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!
The decor and collections of items on display are very interesting. The host was very helpful....carrying our luggage as there is no lift. Parking is easy, in the grounds. We had a very good meal in the restaurant next door, which is not part of the hotel. The hotel is in a suburban street.
There were road works n the main roads and the road was closed to get to the hotel. Our SATNAV could not cope ...but eventually we navigated our way. It would have been helpful to have been informed.
Comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Very helpful owner.
Very clean, cute building. Rooms are fairly big. Bed was comfortable. Heating and cooling via aircon was pleasant. Owner of hotel is very nice, he spent some time explaining to us the history and sights to see in Sansepolcro and Arezzo.
Breakfast was very small. Coffee/cappuccino was made of those express coffees which are soluble in hot water.
Both the staff and the place were amazing, which made my stay really enjoyable. My room was very cozy and warm. Breakfast was top notch! Very well done Relais Oroscopo ??
Good breakfast, nice personel.
Price vs standard is not proportional.
The rooms are clean and fresh, and nicely furnished. The bed is very comfortable. They also have ac/heating, which worked great in a chilly evening. The receptionist is great: smooth check in (he speaks good English), and knowledgeable about the area. He and his family prepare a fantastic homemade breakfast!!there is also a pool, which unfortunately we didn’t get to use.Definitely worth the money: my wife and I loved our stay there and wish we could have stayed longer!
the location was brilliant, a 15 min walk into the Centre and close to the supermarket. spacious rooms and the pool was brilliant.
It’s a shame the restaurant wasn’t open at lunchtime but I’m not sure if the two are connected?
welcoming staff. traditional. on site restaurant. good location
The hotel was great value for money, and nice to have a pool in the summer heat! Very grateful for the air conditioning, as previous reviews mentioned it didn't have any. Staff were super friendly and let us book in early plus helped us to try to get a taxi to the wedding we were attending.
