Hotel Armonia

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the town and offers a nice atmosphere

I could not sleep well due to a constant deep humming and vibration coming from a closed section in our room that housed an electrical unit. The noise lasted all night and disturbed my rest.

Central location, friendly staff, convenient (though slightly pricey) underground parking

Very noisy, some pipes making noises overnight and very poor sound proofing all round

Refurbished rooms were very nice and fun/very interesting to observe how they were constructed. Their privately owned parking garage was filled with illuminated 6' x 12' illuminated painted canvases. Pristine condition. I never saw anything like it.

The hotel was nice and quite classic , the staff were friendly decent location for a one night stay . The waiter / barman for breakfast in the morning made the best coffee for us

The bed was very hard and the inner rim of the toilet was dirty which was very disappointing for the level of the hotel . It was the most expensive stay we’d had all holiday through Tuscany but was the one that disappointed. The breakfast and parking for the two of us was an additional 64 euros in total on top of the room price which I felt was crazy compared to a comparable stay we had in montepulciano, as it was still just a continental buffet breakfast

Air conditioning kept turning on and off and was noisyService men kept walking into my room without knockingOnly cleaned every 3 days. Paying over $200 Aus per night I would expect daily cleaningSheets were dirty with stains

Unhaooy staff with zero flexibility to provide service

It's a hotel that service doesn't evolve, ZERO skills on communication with ZERO smiles from the front desk team, they make you feel they are there doing a favor for you, from house keeping, ensure they extra charge for toilet paper or towels not put on the room, housekeeping and more! Typical no sense from unhappy staff. can they ever smile? or be flexible!

The location was great, a short walk from the train station and in the town centre.Very comfortable rooms and lovely staff.

Only thing missing for us was the ability to make a hot drink in the room.

Stayed in a Suite was soo comfortable, clean and big.The decor and furniture were amazing

Excellent service with a luxury hotel with decor and furniture suitable for a royal palace.Rooms were expensive but worth the money. I could not afford breakfast for the whole family, but I won’t complain about.

Everything, except nothing. We were blown away with the quality of rooms and amenities. And the staff that helped us booked taxi even when we couldn’t get one after going for a wedding.

Well kept and clean

There was no water until the evening! This was a general problem in the town that day, but they made hardly an apology, leaving only a half litre of bottled water in the roomNobody took me to the room to explain how things worked. No information in the room apart from the safe. No info on how to contact reception with the result that already in my nighters i couldn't work the air con. Mini bar had only water Breakfast uninspiring, stale sandwiches, overpriced. No discount offered for the inconvenience of no water.

Fine breakfast - with good selection available and prompt friendly service

Coffee was only warm and could have been hotter .Light switches were difficult to understand.

Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room with comfy bed. Secure underground parking (at an extra cost) but spotless& right next to the hotel.

We spent one night here, and felt very welcome. The ambiance was nice and staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very nice, well maintained and very clean. Very conveniently located in the city center

Central location, very close you can find good coffee shops, the main street is full of life in the evening time, design of the hotel-very elegant, very clean, the kindness of the staff. I will come back!
