The hotel was centrally located, just a few blocks to the train station, very clean , helpful and friendly staff

The hotel staff was very professional. They arranged a shuttle from Florence airport and also to the final destination at no time . They gave us guidelines what to see in Pontedera. An extraordinary experience that deserves another visit in the future...

My room was very large with good size bed which was very comfy. The room was clean and had everything I needed in it . Staff friendly Breakfast was standard of meat cheese fruits pastries. Good value

It was in a great location with friendly staff. Both lift and stairs to each floor. Room was quite spacious but had no coffee/tea provided. We had the family room so one king bed in the open area and 2 single beds in the separate bedroom. Big cupboards for storage in both rooms. Bathroom small but adequate. Close to train station, supermarket, Piaggio Museum and the old town. Parking is on the street out the front. You pay during the day but free overnight! Breakfast options were ok.

Would have liked tea/Coffee facilities in the room.

Excellent location very close to train station staff very friendly. Large room Breakfast was plentiful and choice of Ham Cheese Croissant cakes cereal.

The location was excellent, the receptionists were very helpful and kind. The rooms were really comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was very rich, but the quality of the bread, juice and the cheese was very poor. All the other food was very delicious.

The room and the bed were the size of a kids bed and cupboard. paid for a double bed, received a less that single bed. Horrendous sleeping

The bed, the interior of the room, the noise from the corridor. Absolutely ridicilous - i paid for two rooms, one was ok and totally different from this rabbit hole i got .

central quiet location, easy walk to central mall. Friendly helpful reception. Good breakfast. Room was a reasonable size and bathroom was big and airy. Best was the openable windows to the bedroom and bathroom.

Breakfast was a fair offering of cold Italian breakfast items. The reception was very nice and helpful. The parking garage is very safe and secure (located at the bank) but a bit of a distance from Hotel.

The rooms are outdated and have been worn out. The hotel is located directly on a through-road so it can be noisy at times and questionable people walk around the streets/ nearby. The shower heads were rusted and the shower drain clogged. Also, there were signs of bed bugs. Low price and low quality. Would not stay here for a longer amount of time.
