The hotel was very good with a central location. Friendly staff good breakfast, clean room, great shower.

Train station very close to hotel.

location is great/close to the railway station and bus station.

The staff did everything they could to make us comfortable even though we arrived late, hot, and tired. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic - including gluten free options. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The decor was interesting and unique.

Because we arrived late, it seems they had given up on us and gave away our triple room reservation which left us with a double room with one bed. The bed was promptly separated into two singles and remade. Since there were only two of us it worked out ok. The room was big enough to accommodate our needs and we rested well.

The room was nice and clean. The location was very nice.

There was no lift facility for accessibility.

Is the family history, with a Charmin hotel, the building and deco of the place makes you feel in a time tunnel, I will definitely be back. Walking distance from everything Thanks Rita and Alessandro for hosting us. In tell we meet aigan.

The staff was very helpful and kind. We checked out too early in the morning to catch breakfast at the hotel, but the staff was so nice the night before to pack us a bag with juice, wrapped bread and spreads to bring with us to the airport. The common areas of the hotel is packed full of artworks, but the rooms are more toned-down and minimalistic in decor.

The staff were awful. The reception lady was more interested in watching television than checking me in, then made a mistake and tried to blame me. They said everything was taken care of on booking.com, but it wasn’t actually and they sent nasty messages and tried not to follow the published policies about their hotel.

Beautiful hotel ran by the Vivaldi family for over one-hundred years in the historic center of Pontedera.

Perfect location, with a great family-own feeling. The hotel has a special carachter that makes you feel home. Clean, and comfortable, is perfect for the purpose of business traveling. Great human touch.

The breakfast was is good, with cakes, croissants, sweets, bread, yogurt, fruit, etc., and we can even have fresh made orange juice and coffee, cappuccino, etc.The owners are very friendly and welcoming.Everything is clean.They have installed new windows that sound proof, which makes the room quiet

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and restaurants & shops. The room was clean and although it was small, it had everything we needed for just one night stay. Breakfast in the morning was served downstairs in a cute little breakfast room, and consisted of pastries, meats, cheese, bread, fresh fruit, tea and coffee, plus fresh juice. The staff were really friendly although they didnt speak much English. We were able to store our luggage their after we checked out which we appreciated.

a lot of tv channels, all italian though, in the evening someone was smoking on the premisses, so there was this unpleasant smell when we went to sleep

The Building Is esely to reach, and dhe breakfast very good. The behaviour of the staff was very familiary, so pleasure Place.
