Breakfast was very nice, our room was spacious and light-filled with large windows overlooking the hills of Tuscany. The views were stellar and the staff were so very friendly and helpful. We found a gem in this hotel.

The stay was great. Bed was a little uncomfortable but everything else was fantastic.

The position was ideal to escape the heat of Florence and travel into Chianti. We had a gorgeous view of the area.

Wonderful view from our private terrace overlooking the valley. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was excellent, no issues with the hotel. Only problem we had was Google maps takes you a strange way to and from the hotel, once we figured that out, coming and going was a breeze..

24h reception. Convinient stay visiting Florence. Good breakfast. Free parking. Luggage room.

Stayed here walking from Siena to Florence. Small detour off the path but well worth it. View from room over Florence was amazing!!! Restaurant downstairs was wonderful, an amazing dinner with amazing view. Breakfast was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Fantastic view from most of the rooms over the valley, friendly and informative staff (with excellent English), spacious rooms, nice breakfast

Pity there is no fridge in the rooms. For the rest no issues. It is a bit of a steep drive up to the hotel, but to us that enhanced the feeling of history and adventure. Restaurant attached to the hotel is a bit overrated and fairly expensive in our view.

great location if you have a car - it's about 20 min from Florence. very clean and comfortable, wonderful view to Toscana

Breakfast was Ok, nothing special but that's pretty common in Italy as their breakfast culture is just simply different than in many other (European) countries.No pool (but they don't advertise that so cannot complain about it ;-)

It may be a bit spooky at night to get to the top of the mountain and find the hotel, but it’s in a fantastic spot with great view. The people were very nice and helpful. Really peaceful and restful place

Not that it’s bad, but it’s a bit far from Firenze. At most 20 min.

Breakfast was good, complete. The coffee machine is amazing. The view from the room was beautiful. The Florence Duomo was visible from the room. The room was spacious.The restaurant right below the hotel is very tasty and the personnel is friendly. The hotel has space to park the car.The hotel is isolated from Florence, which gives you room to breath after a visit in crowded Florence.

The hotel is located on a hill reachable by car with very steep slopes. Once you get there it is not so easy to move to the town or Florence because you need to go down the hill in a no walkable street.I sleept in a sofa bed, as we needed a room for 3 people, and the cover was dusty, which made my sleep a bit uncomfortable.
