Relais Villa Olmo - Place of Charme

The room was very large and comfortable, staff were great. The view was amazing. The little town was in walking distance .

Restaurant menu was very limited for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was a nice buffet.

We loved staying here. It's the ideal Tuscan getaway. If this place was in the U.S., it would be triple the price. The staff was so attentive and kind. I had a 4AM flight out and they prepared us breakfast boxes to take with us the night before. The front desk people knew who I was and remembered my plans. The restaurant is fantastic, the beds are comfy, the rooms are very quiet, the wine tour was perfect. We plan to return asap.

We loved everything about our stay at Relais Villa Olmo! We went here for our honeymoon and the staff did everything they could to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The accommodation is clean, cozy and the pool area and bar are super nice and calm with an amazing view. The breakfast is great and the overall atmosphere at the Villa is warm. We would definitely recommend!

The staff were all excellent attentive andfriendly, mirella gave great places to visit suggestions.appreciated English speak. Love the pool. The property also has wonderfulTuscan ambience.

Spacious modern bathroom, however, a little stingy with the small amenities. Like extra bar of soap. Morning coffee is very important so we missed having 2 per person of each type of coffee available for the in room coffee machine. Staff was great about giving us a separate cup of milk for coffee for our stay . dinner menu may benefit from more variety.

The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The pool was clean, relaxing and came with a nice view.

The winery was beautiful. Pool was lovely.

Mattress was a bit hard.

The most gorgeous place that I've probably ever visited! Superb location, views, rooms & staff!! Everything was kept really up to the mark and the staff were the most friendly I encountered across my 18 days trip! Visit this place without any qualms!

There is only one bathroom and it's on 2nd floor but our bedroom is on the 1st floor.

The view of the olive trees on the hillside is what people dream about. The rooms and beds are extremely clean and the linens, bathrobes, towels are generous. Big showers and sinks. Amazing breakfast and the staff were so sweet to my friend who was sick and brought her soup. The pool overlooking the valley was gorgeous. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had and had lots of gluten free options. I could even make my own fresh pressed juice. I can’t wait to come back here. The wine and olive oil tasting was also a highlight. Easy walk into town.

The walls were a little thin if you are in a downstairs room. Also, the upstairs rooms have the views. Wish that the lunch menu in the restaurant was different than the dinner menu.

No wifi, room has a view of the hall and staircase. I couldn’t work, even after calling the reception we had no wifi in our room.

Very pretty location , close to Firenze and close to several other Tuscany gems.The people working in the facility really made the difference, were always smiley, glad to help and present during the day.

Breakfast could be better, not so much variety and average quality.Bedroom was quite small.Shower door was not perfectly closed and therefore may leak water.

I chose this place based on pictures. The real experience was just as good. The property offers amazing views to the olive trees and vineyards. I had standard room booked and showed up early. After having lunch at the hotel restaurant I returned to the reception to find out my room was upgraded to a junior suite! The suite was very spacious, clean and stylish and offered amazing view to the valley. I tried some of their wines before dinner and can highly recommend their white wine. Overall great experience!

Excellent accommodations outside the busy tourist travel spots. The staff were welcoming and helpful in every way. The hotel is located in a beautiful large country setting near the town of Impruneta. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. Each room has a private, modern bathroom. There is a wine and olive oil tasting tour on site and restaurant with excellent food. Breakfast was amazing.

A place to relax! Cosy and comfortable room, very quiet place, we liked it a lot. Also lady at reception and the other lady at the restaurant are really nice and helpful!

The property and rooms are really nice.

The menu is quite gourmet. Not ur ordinary food. Not a lot of choices to eat at all. Bland no red pepper or chile flakes or hot sauce. Maybe some more choices of typical Italian would be great!

the food both breakfast and dinner were terrible… lukewarm coffee & eggs asked for hot coffee but it was like they didn’t understand. Dinner menu very poor menu choices and below average quality.Spoiled a really lovely hotel.

We loved the view, the villa we stayed in with a private pool which was incredible, the staff who was very helpful, the room itself which was very spacious and beautiful, and the restaurant with delicious food. The wine was also incredible and the entire vineyard experience was unlike anything we’ve seen before.

beautiful property, meticulously maintained in a serene location. the staff at the restaurant were exceptional, the wine and olive oil tour was great fun and we loved the products and had some shipped back to the UK. A perfect place for a relaxing few days - also impruneta is close by and you can get there on foot so would recommend going to check out the town and terracotta on a cloudy day!

Nice property, with very professional staff, amazing food, and good breakfast. The room was very well-equipped and clean.

The our room was in the backside of the property, the window is in the level of the road an a bit of smell of moisture.
