No kettle in the room, not very cozy

The place exceeded our expectations. The room had a kitchenette. It was absolutely clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. In the bathroom everything is functional and well-organized. The hosts were very friendly. The location is out of Landshut, but it is not a problem, especially if you want a quiet stay and close Autobahn. So it was perfect for us. Calm, clean and friendly. Had no breakfast, so no idea about that. Would come back again and will recommend. Absolutely worth the price.

Very nice hotel in convenient location, to easily get to Landshut in the evening and quickly get onto motorway towards Munich in the morning. Very comfortable, clean and pleasant place.

The property at Landshut is just 30 mins from MUC, and just 10 mins to the Old Town, where you will many good restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, room is big and cost, check in is a breeze. Breakfast is good.

We did not have breakfast as we had an early flight. Ideally situated for Munich airport. Good food available in Altdorf only 2 km away. Garage and supermarket 500m. Landschutt Altstadt definitely worth a visit.

- no A/C - must close window because private disco party just 20m from window ?If winter or spring is ok because can sleep with closed window. But time of stay was hot in night.

The rooms were nicely renovated and spacious. Very comfortable. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Need a car but the environment is peaceful and nice. The old town of Landshut is also beautiful and there are lots of shops, etc in this town. Worthwhile to stay 2 nights here.

We had rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor. There is no elevator in this hotel and for rooms on the 2nd floor, you will need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs.

Our stay at Wasmayr Hof was amazing. Nice quiet location, very spacious apartments, nice kitchen with all the necessary utensils, even some salt and herbs. All the stuff members were really friendly and ready to help. Floor heating, which was important for us, since the weather was quite cold.

The only downside is that wifi signal worked quite bad, especially in the evening

Location was ok and staff were kind.We didn’t eat breakfast there because we eat it in Munchen.Facilities are in great shape and looks perfect.Thank you for everything.

So because I’m picky the cleanliness was for me 4/5.For most of the people there would be probably 5/5.

The hostess was excellent and happy to practice as we were both only learning the native language of the other.

The breakfast was excellent. The host was very hospitable and friendly. Comfortable room, quiet. For us, convenient to the airport. Overall a very good stay and we would return.

Good location for us, contemporary and modern facilities in a farm setting. Clean & spacious well furnished apartment/room. Good breakfast & friendly and accommodating staff.

Very friendly family taking care of people in converted stable with all amenities, close to motorway and to Munich airport. High Bavarian standard of finishing. We will be back!

In case you travel for bussines and need Wi-Fi for work try something else because it is very unstable and slow.

It’s impeccably clean and new. They are practicing sustainable agriculture and have educational signage explaining what they are doing to help bee populations, etc. Very informative and glad to see this farm implementing progressive agricultural practices.
