They helped me make calls, send emails, and even extend my stay at a fair price last minute. The hotel was cleaned daily, and both rooms I stayed in were spacious enough to comfortably lay out my things. The private bathroom was great, and when I switched to a different room, it was much more comfortable overall.

- The price felt a bit high for the original room I booked. The fan was okay but not very strong, the table needed repair, and there was no fridge to keep water cold during the hot days. My first room didn’t have air conditioning, which made it less comfortable.

- Phon is the kind that works for like 5 minutes and the AC is impossible to turn off. Price is a little bit high for the services it actually offers.

Staff did not seem interested.Poor value for money. Poor location on a nosy main road, no breakfast or facilities etc
Close to city center
Shower was cold, rooms were cold and when we asked to warm them up they said yes but then shut down the heat.
(We got our stay upgraded to Hotel Bernardino 80m away)-Great location to explore the city center of Lucca. -Very friendly staff (also exceptionally dog friendly)-great value for money -small room but very comfortable -private parking

Very friendly staff, helpfull. Excellent location close to big markets and close to delicous " pasticceria". Absolutely recomend.
