Great location and room was perfect

The breakfast was extensive with varied local baked goods, meats and cheeses plus staples like eggs and yogurt and fruitThe central location of the hotel within the old walled city was perfect for walking to local historical sites and dinner

I drive in a car to the hotel. Driving in the centro is challenging

Amazing suite! One of the best hotel rooms I've ever been to. Very beautiful, very convenient, excellent light, excellent shower and a bathtub. Very accommodating staff, excellent breakfast. Very convenient parking, easy drive to the hotel's garage inside the wall, best location in town. Highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect.

Perfect is so many ways. Rooms, breakfast, staff and location were excellent. The building was well maintained and felt luxurious.

The ambiance, location. Room was Sublime with a view of the Piazza quiet and breakfast was so delicious the staff also made me feel welcome

Breakfast breads not great!

Great location, lovely staff and nice breakfast on an outside terrace. The only negative is that the price is too high for the value provided (even ignoring the relative weakness of the USD - the euro price is still high). But Lucca is a charming, expensive town.

Boutique hotels always have its charm, and Palazoo Dipinto is one of those. I liked everything in Palazzo Dipinto starting with the entire Lobby and Reception area and ending with the excellent location. Our room was spacious and relaxing.

Nothing and we wished if there was an Espressos Coffee facilities.

Wonderful staff who were very informative and willing to assist; EV charging overnight was very useful; Nice & elegant rooms; Excellent breakfast; Relaxed and confident atmosphere; Perfect location in the heart of Lucca

Italian beds (in general) can be quite hard and pillows somewhat uncomfortable but that was only a minor issue. Can't think of anything else..

Delicious breakfast - the best scrambled eggs we‘ve ever eaten in a hotel. Spacious, clean rooms with comfy beds, super friendly and helpful staff - in all a delightful place to stay.

Location! The car could be stored, rooms were upgraded nicely, staff was great!

It was a little warm at night, not sure the air conditioner was working as well as other places we have stayed.
