Hotel Napoléon

The receptionist was very helpful in giving us suggestions on what to do in Lucca. She was really professional and went out of her way to help us enjoy our trip. I don’t remember her name.

The only thing I found not good was the room was too small but it served it’s purpose.

Found a room in this hotel for a short visit to the city, it's close to city center that's few minutes away by feet, it has parking for the car, room was clean and there's kind staff

Nice location about 10 minute walk from Lucca's wall. Hotel is well kept up, room was clean. Parking was in a gravel lot behind the hotel - there is a tow-away sign which I asked about since you are not given a parking pass. Not a problem

Not the hotel's fault, but the walk to Lucca on a very busy street was a bit of a challenge.

Location convenient and close to the historic center. Room clean with decent Internet speed. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly.

As a Francigena Pilgram, I found this just outside the city "wall." I found a good local restaurants, not tourists expensive. Not far from the Lucca center, either. The hotel is very modern, full breakfast, friendly helpful staff.

Friendly staff, the rooms were really nice and clean and breakfast had good choice and tasted good.

The property was fine and the rooms were clean and comfortable but very noisy. If you stay make sure your room is at the back of the hotel. Staff really obliging and friendly.

The price is little more expensive. Outside of hotel is bad.

The reception was friendly and the room was nice and modern. The location is quite convenient if you're just passing through. The room was clean overall. The breakfast was excellent and the fact there were gluten-free and lactose-free options was noted and appreciated.

It has been raining when I arrived by car. The parking lot was one big pool of mud, meaning I had to clean my shoes every time I needed something from the car. The AC in my room did not work and neither did the WiFi. As a business traveler, these inconveniences negatively impacted my stay.

Hi , the hotel staff in the breakfast room was amazing , very kind and the rooms were clean and ok .

We recuested 2 beds for our room when confirming our stay but they were not available .

Great location for walking to Lucca walls, nice rooms and clean comfy beds. Loan of bicycles is great bonus. Breakfast was best we’ve had in Italy.

Safe in room didn’t work. Was locked and I asked for a reset but nobody came.

It is so difficult finding nice places to stay in Italy as there is always some weird problem, major disappointment or rude people, but this place was an oasis of peace. And the breakfast was just excellent. It was the best breakfast I had in the three weeks I travelled Italy. Absolutely amazing, beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, polite and respectful staff. Probably the only place in all of Italy where everything works properly. And all for a very reasonable price. Bravo!

The staff sprays a little men’s cologne on the bed linens, I could have done without that, but that is my only complaint. It didn’t bother me that much, but my friends really did not appreciate it. Please stop doing that, and this place would level up from nearly perfect to perfect.
