The very friendly staff, and the cleanliness.

We loved this property. It was just outside the walled city of Lucca and just a short walk. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. The front desk workers were amazing and gave us many tips about restaurants and things to do in the city.The breakfast was wonderful and the staff in the restaurant were so kind and accommodating. We loved this hotel.

Staff were delightful, friendly and helpful. We only had one night in Lucca so their guidance ( and map) were very helpful.Breakfast very good.

Had easy onsite parking. We parked and never used the car again during our stay in Lucca. Easy walk to one of the gates of the walled city

Location was great! Food was fresh and the staff was excellent.

The bed was uncomfortable

The receptionist were unbelievably helpful and kind supporting me and my wife when we have felt sick. We have changed our itinerary and stayed one additional night. They have made it clear asu and comfortable. Extraordinary hospitality!!

I can’t mention one bad thing

The property was very clean and just outside the walls of the city center! Staff were very friendly and the free bikes made it so easy to navigate Lucca. The complementary breakfast was also amazing with lots of selections.

The beds were a little hard for my liking, but the rooms were exceptional!

Great location just outside the walls of the old city. The hotel was easy to find and has a large parking lot. Breakfast was lovely with a large selection of delicious items.

Lovely property outside the city walls — which is great when the temperature is cooler than the high 90s. It was a respite from the town center. Two restaurants are nearby (both with Celide in their title) and great experiences. The staff at the Albergo are very accommodating and helpful.

Breakfast was one of the best I ever experienced! The room was relatively small but the place was quieta and clean.Very close to the walled city. Also have Spa, parking place and a restaurant next door.

There was nothing I didint like, I get exactly what I paid for.

Excellent location with easy access into the walled city, very nice staff, easy parking.

Free bicycles to ride town wall, host suggested and reserved a dinner location for us, easy parking, fantastic location, great breakfast, all staff were wonderful. I would certainly stay here again.

The hotel is excellently located to Lucca. It has parking for your car and you can simply walk into the walled city. The staff was exceptional. They were very accommodating. Room was very comfortable

It is on a very busy street so you need to watch for the driveway otherwise you will have to go around.

Kind, helpful and friendly well-trained staff, from the delightful friendly but professional receptionists to the smiling and welcoming serving staff and the kind thoughtful cleaner.

I asked if their beds were comfortable and they said they were. They are NOT comfortable - really hard causing our hips and shoulders to ache.

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable beds and most importantly to me good pillows.

No air con but then we're English and feeling the heat, while the Italians are still feeling the cold ? Seriously only one real gripe. No sockets by the bed for me to plug my Cpap into. But again the hotel staff were very helpful and gave me an attachment to fit their lamp socket where the pins are thinner.
