Wonderful staff. Very helpful and attentive.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were all wonderfully friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and it was so convenient to get to any destination from here!

Loved this hotel! It's quaint, with traditional European hotel features (small beds, small shower) but it had everything we needed. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, bottled water. We stayed in 2 connecting rooms (1 king and 2 twins) which was perfect. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly. Loved the breakfast. Location was just a few minute walk from the center of the old town. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast every morning was great. Menu provided everything that you usually want in the morning. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help us with finding restaurants, book taxis or transfers. Just a great group of staff members.

The location is fantastic. The accommodation by the host was notable with a warm welcome and an offer to park our large rental car in the garage. The decor is lovely and the breakfast was extensive and beautiful. We wish we had booked for a longer stay and would gladly stay here again if we come back to the area.

Very central in the old town. A well-managed and immaculately clean hotel. Breakfast was really good, and there were lots of choices. The style of the hotel and furnishings are quite classic in style, but it was comfortable to stay in.

I prefer to have a duvet rather than a bedcover to sleep under.

This is a small, traditional hotel in the heart of Lucca's old town. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable and the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

A lovely hotel - the rooms are comfortable and have carefully preserved the traditional architecture. All the staff personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great - a wide range of options are made to order! The nice selection of fruit was appreciated.

All the staff were exceptional and outstanding. They put up with our stumbling attempts to speak Italian, were very helpful with all requests & very nice - especially Roberto, who served breakfast. We liked the room, the quiet, the location with short walks to everything we needed.
