Location is awesome. Has parking. Owner/staff wonderful. Breakfast superb

Very good breakfast. Rooms a little tight. Shower far toosmall. Could hardly fit in, even with being a small person. Fear of temperature lever turning with slight chamge in body position.

Booking.com wouldn’t refund us for two nights when we booked through them a room for those nights in FlorenceFor the same nights.

Such a quaint property with antiques and charm. Close to everything. They gave us excellent dinner recommendations. I wish we could’ve stayed in Lucca longer!

The staff were very helpful and attentive. They made great suggestions about the area and restaurants. They even made reservations in a hard to get into restaurant! The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is perfectly located off a main shopping street so it is quiet. The decor is artistic and fun. Great experience!

The only thing I would request is to have better information on the egg cooker!

Stayed on the third floor - somewhat difficult to get to and the room was a little musty but clean and hot water wasn’t any issue.

I loved the location and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the decorations in the hotel were all cute and antique. The hotel has a lot of charm and there is a great wine bar downstairs. The bathroom was very spacious.

Location was good. Room was good and breakfast was also good with gluten free choices.The shower door leaked so there was always water on the bathroom floor after a shower. It was good to have an elevator.

Lovely family-run hotel in the centre of Lucca with a great, unique breakfast selection and characterful, very Italian rooms. Feels like a calm haven in the city. Staff very friendly and helpful and there is a great wine bar attached.

Some rooms don't have much view so check with them if this is important to you.

The unobtrusive back street location but close to everything was perfect. We enjoyed the hotel wine bar, and local restaurants. Staff were very gracious. Breakfast were very good.

The staff was extremely helpful and the location was perfect! We were able to walk to everything easily. If you are driving, make sure to arrive by 9am or after 10pm so as to avoid quite the adventure navigating the narrow roads to get to the hotel. Parking, once there is extremely convenient. The town is really meant to be experienced on foot so perhaps best to park outside and walk in at check in and walk out when you check out.

This is a quirky - in the best sense of that word! - and gorgeous hotel in a gorgeous town. Our room was very pretty, and the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Lucca (home of Puccini - make sure you go to at least one of the one-hour Puccini concerts that are offered every evening just minutes away from the hotel, with a different program each night!). But the outstanding feature is the breakfast - absolutely superb (you can even scrape your own honey from a honeycomb)! We found the staff to be very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

No real complaints. We were initially taken aback when told that there was no lift to our floor (2), only the higher ones - but the receptionist very kindly took our baggage up to the room, so no problems.

Really great location in lucca walking distance of all the sites. Room had a big mural painted on the wall have not stayed anywhere like it.

The room could have had more plug sockets.

Exceptional staff (shout out to Daniela) and charming accommodations. We didn’t want to leave! Meticulously curated and appointed! We really appreciated the attention to detail. Also recommend checking out the wine bar next door. Breakfast was exceptional.

I had a very spacious room with a jacuzzi. Extremely comfortable and very nicely staff.
