Amazing central location inside the walls of old town Lucca. Very well kept premises, outstanding front desk service (especially from Stefania). Received a complimentary room upgrade. Room is very clean and well maintained.

Breakfast variety can be improved. Service at breakfast was outstanding however.

Breakfast was just okay. The pancakes were ice cold. The hard boiled eggs and fruit were good. The rest was a lot of unhealthy pastries. My husband liked the meat and cheese.We liked that the shower was a good one! And we liked that there was a safe and a refrigerator in the room. Dinner at the connecting restaurant was good.

Price of the room was a bit high, even via booking.com. Parking was very expensive at 35 EU per day.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were so welcoming to my dog. The design was thoughtful and so cozy. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious.

Fab breakfast set up and skilled staff to make my cappuccino! It is a lovely elegant seating area.

Great breakfast, attentive staff, clean and spacious room, a functional towel warmer, the secluded location, close to everything. The onsite restaurant was awesome!!

If you park a car with them, there is a bit of a juggle involved. Not many spaces to be shared, but they find a way!

Great staff, excellent location, lovely rooms. The breakfast was good - typical Italian breakfast offerings.

The only problem we had was with our TV. At night, we like to watch the news from home and the TV would stop working at night. We would report it the next morning and they would have someone come and fix it, but it would happen all over again the next night. We found that the key may have been to simply not turn it off when we left the room during the day so that it was still on when we got back. When we tried that, it worked; but then when we turned it off at the end of the night, it didn't work the next morning. It was weird. Definitely not a "deal breaker" for us.

High standard hotel and room. Great restaurant, was also open along all the afternoon. Located in the very center. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I would like the window in the room to be a bit more accessible, but I guess this is the contraints of a middle age building.

Property was clean and centrally located near everything. Staff was helpful with everything and made sure that everything about our stay was going smoothly.

Location next to Institute. Beautiful room with high ceilings, lovely reception. with Valentina and Luca, great food at antics osteria. great fragrances with acqua dell Elba.

The parking was very complicated and the staff didn’t communicate well with us on that. We missed out on half a day in Lucca because we couldn’t get our car to the property to even park.

Location was very central - walking distance to walked city attractions. Staff very friendly & helpful. Room was grand.

Honestly, I have zero to add. We enjoyed the entire stay.

From check in, we were amazed! The staff was immediately helpful with a map and a quick orientation tutorial, easing our minds about help with departure, so all we needed to do was enjoy Lucca!!

Wonderful hotel set in the midst of Lucca (the walled city) very helpful and friendly staff.Breakfast was good although I would suggest they let you know you can have cooked items too as this wasn't explained on day one.Other than that it was fantastic.
