Location and free parking

The trim work and flooring in the room was peeling and falling off. Overall condition of the room was deteriorated and delapitated. I once loved staying in this hotel and have visited many times over the past 17 years. The current condition is not good.

The staff was great, the location was great, the cleanliness was great. The free bike rental was a bonus.

I did not think this is a four star: no area to relax outdoors (no pool, patio or garden) the rooms are very small, there is no coffee or tea in the rooms - it is lacking in a few of the things that warrant a four star.

Secured parking area, few steps from supermarket and Macdonald’s also very close to downtown. Good variety of breakfast

We stayed for one night room was small but it’s fine very clean. Also the hotel kind of old.

Amazing personal, extremely helpful. Hotel is very clean and nice. Good breakfest (as for italian standard;) ). Highly recommend.

Clean and boring.

Soulless, characterless, noisy accommodation with lots of strange men outside the entrance and in both car parks on both sides of the hotel. Felt very unsafe. Do not stay in a room on the side with the McDonalds - people sit out till past 1am making noise and smoking. It rained for two nights and the noise of the rain dripping all night kept me awake. You’d think a 4 star hotel would have designed their windows better. Inside the rooms and fitness centre it was boiling hot but staff refused to turn air conditioning on. There’s no water to drink in the fitness centre and there are only 1,3,5kg weights which is pathetic. Staff were unfriendly and after demanding to change room they expected me to go downstairs to pick up a kettle as the new room didn’t have one. A 4* hotel and you have to pick up your own kettle from reception. Never again staying here or any hotel belonging to their group.

Great hotel in the city . We going by car, everything is just perfect to us. The mc Donald is just beside so you don’t need worry your breakfast / dinner

Helpful staff, clean environment, airport transfer availability, proximity to supermarkets. Daily room cleaning etc

Breakfast was rather limited, not good value and sometimes cramped. Poor and inaccurate information of public bus service. Longer walk to centre than advertised. No lounge area near reception - but discovered on 1st floor on final day. Traffic noise from nearby motorway. Restaurant mainly open only for breakfast.

Parking.Staff is kind.

Breakfast awful, espresso coffee really undrinkable especially for an Italian hotel.Only one socket in the whole room!Very noisy and small rooms. Old furniture and building.

Very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, localization.

The lady at the bar was exceptional and made us feel very welcome. She was very genuine and friendly.

It’s an expensive stay for its location

The staff were friendly and very helpful.The fitness centre was fine but partially closed due to renovation. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, and the staff so very capable. Domestic staff kept my room clean and couldn't be more helpful.

Very little space, apart from the rooms, to sit when the rain poured and it was unwise to step out on the city.Restaurants were too far away. For someone without a car for a week the bus service was very poor.

The room was decent in size, the air conditioning did not work. The ceiling had a leak and the bed creaked.

Terrible coffee in the room, they should invest in coffee makers for the price of hotel stay. You had to advise the night before if you were going to breakfast… odd.

Lovely timeless finishes to room, comfortable and quiet. The reception from the lady on the front desk was so helpful, warm and friendly.
