San Luca Palace

The Town is beautiful the hotel was nice and cozy, the hotel staff was very nice accommodating and professional, definitely will come back and will recommended to friends and family

Beautiful Hotel. In the old part of Lucca.

Pillows were very old and flatHard to sleep on.

Fabulous breakfast. Barbara at reception was very helpful and so were the breakfast servers.

AC AC AC - turned off constantly. Staff did not want to turn it on despite advertising AC. Housekeeping service was poor - removed all towels, etc., but replaced nothing one day.Needs a facelift.

Lovely big room with comfy beds. Staff was lovely, and provided us with bikes to ride the top of the medieval wall surrounding the old town. Hôtel was clean, and breakfast was great! Would stay here again.

Location is a 20-minute walk to the train station.

Wonderful hotel and location in city center. We absolutely loved our rooms, truly looked like we were staying in a palace. Sofia, our 2 year old granddaughter loved her princess lavender alcove bedroom attached to her parents room.We appreciated the front desk staff providing us with warm milk when needed for the 2 babies. We loved that the hotel parking was only a minute away which made it easy to pack and unpack our luggage.

Cannot think of anything negative to say.

Breakfast was great, staff was gracious, room was spotless, bed was comfortable and location was fabulous.

Unfortunately, the air-conditioning leaked from the ceiling onto the floor for 3 days. It was mopped continuously.

The location is perfect. Just inside the city walls but closer to the outside. We had a car so we booked parking and it was so convenient. Ronna are beautiful. Big and spacious. Breakfast we amazing with lots of choices and there’s was even champagne and juice for mimosas! Loved this hotel. Was one of the nicest hotel we had stayed in our trip.

Tiny room, value for money. My room (14) was above a trash can. AC could not be turned off.

Great Location, friendly and helpful Hotel staff. Good selection of food at breakfast. Room was cleaned every day.

It would have been nice to have tea, coffee provided in the room. However a kettle was provided and there is a mini market not far from the Hotel where this can be purchased.

Location, parking and big rooms

Breakfast is Average for a 4star Hotel.

The rooms are enormous and clean. Breakfast is sumptuous.

Not possible to control room temperature so management decided to shut down boilers and although the room was 17 degrees i could not heat it.

Room was big. The hotel is close to everything. It’s an old style hotel. The only thing that I didn’t like is not having covered duvet in bed.

Lovely classy room in a very well presented hotel. Excellent range of food at breakfast. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful, booking a restaurant and taxi for us as well as providing useful advice.
