Outstanding and friendly staff

The bathroom was not in the best shape; shower and sink leaked

Very good room for a low price. In the old town, not far from railway station. Wi-fi is secured, which is rare nowadays.

Nothing negative. Maybe only one set of keys for several inhabitants.

Check in, check out. The staff were very helpful. It's centrally located. The room was clean.

The rooms are located on a main street with people walking past and talking. It's difficult to sleep at night if you don't have ear plugs. I can't understand why hotels such as this in an old building do not have sound insulation such as double glazed windows. Anyone walking past your room and talking within the hotel can be heard. Anyone closing their bedroom door creates a lound echo. I even heard snoring from the room located opposite me.

Had a great one night stay here. Location was perfect, room was clean and bed was comfy

The staff were terrific, the location was close to the train station and easy to get to.The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The bathroom was extremely small. Almost impossible to use the toilet in our room.

Location near the main entrance to lucca is perfect. The staff are top notch and so friendly and helpful.

I couldn’t figure out the AC but I was only there for 9 hours so it was ok. Would recommend to anyone low maintenance, looking for an easy access place in Lucca that is affordable.

The staff is amazing and so helpful. This was our third visit to this hotel and while there are certainly lots to choose from the staff especially Fabrizio. We also enjoyed have our coffee or cocktails out in the little patio.

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. One gal told us of GIGI’s restaurant which was a fabulous night out. Carlos was very sweet at check in. .

Staff - super friendly and helpful; excellent location but a bit hard to find on the map, best to direct guests in via the Corso.

Beautiful rooms, excellent staff (especially Fabrizio), central location, yummy breakfast! We will be back.

There were a few groups of noisy people passing by late at night, but it was a Saturday in May, so perhaps to be expected. ?

Great location, clean and friendly staff

The door locks are very old and the key was very challenging to us. We were locked in our room a couple of times because we couldn’t get the key to work properly.

This was a good value. Very comfortable, and the staff were great! Exceptionally clean. The is a good variety and even American coffee offered for breakfast. The location was perfect- nothing was too far for walking, including the train station (10-15min). This hotel is part of another where the reception and breakfast are located. Our host walked us to the room and helped with the bags. No complaints!

The only small thing is that you need to go outside and down the street to the main building for breakfast. We usually get a coffee to bring back to our room and couldn’t do that.

Receptionist woman was really kind. The location was amazing, it is in the old town. Room has the most comfortable beds and pillows. Room size was big. That was the best hotel in our Italy trip. Totally recommended.

Great location a short walk from the train station, next to the city walls and a short walk to the town centre. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We arrived early and the host was very accommodating. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was respectable for the money.

Nothing really, rooms were very basic but for the price we can’t complain. A kettle would have been nice to make a drink but that’s about it.

Perfect location in city centre, friendly staff and exceptional bed quality : very (!) good mattress and pillows ! Very clean room and bathroom.Very convenient private parking for a good price.

Cold room while heating ( aircon ) made a lot of noise. Cold floor - we recommend adding carpets. Basic and sterile interior - red painted bathroom was disturbing. No glasses in bathroom and no coffee / water heater for instant coffee.Very noisy room - we heard noise of the street and cars and incoming / outgoing peopleso we used ear plugs

The location is excellent and the hotel made concessions to check us in, even after the desk had closed. The bed was very comfortable and room clean.
