That I couldn't stay longer!

The hotel oozes peacefulness, with nice and well maintained common areas and rooms, in a really calm and beautiful environment. Both the interior and exterior design are nice and cozy. The food is plentiful and delicious, and also there is a great wine bar downstairs. The host is helpful and flexible, accommodating every request we had during our stay. The grounds are green and well kept, and many rooms look onto vineyards or the garden, which set the tone for slow mornings and quiet nights.

No such thing. One possible improvement area is to have some gravel walkways outside in the garden, with labels to the facilities, like tennis courts or the pool (which is still in progress). A playground area for children could also be added in the future. Location-wise, the trade-off for calm is that you’ll want a car.

I booked a tripple bedroom and we arrived late, they gave us a small room for 2 person. The hotel staff said they have a problem with other guest . I dont understand how they gave our room to somebody else as I confirmed my booking two days before our arrival. As it was late didnt have time to complain, we just want to take rest. Then other problems more in the room. Spiders and spider web are on the ceiling and insect and bugs in the bathroom under the hair dryer . My husband need to take towels just to get rid if it. We tought that the problem is over but then there is more. The toilet bowl was making a disturb noise in the night. And also when we took shower, water stuck on the floor. Uggggggghhhh more problem when we wake up in the morning. The toilet bowl was flowing up and cant even use the toilet. The lady who work in the morning gave us a small room just for us to take shower and use the toilet. They need to check everything before they accept reservation. Thats all.

Free and safe parking in front of hotel. Air condition works well. Good beds. Quiet neighborhood. Good location if you use car to go to different beaches and towns alongside Istra. Breakfast was ok for couple of days, but if you stay longer most probably you will be bored of same selection. Coffee was great.

Didn't have fridge and safe deposit box in room. It would be nice to have where to put drinks to cool in summer time.Employees should keep internal disputes away from guests and breakfast area. Not nice to hear disputes during whole breakfast.

Parking was nice we had a jetski with us and could park without a problem. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. Will come again 100%

The place was really good for the money we paid for. All the staffs were really friendly and warm. We really enjoyed the stay and special shout out to our friend and the lovely host Goran. What a lovely person who helped us plan our unplanned trip suggested places to visit food to eat. we had a lovely time staying here will recommend this to our friends and family.

The people and the warmth of welcoming the guests. The rooms were comfortable and was a bit away from the busy city. Late night conversations with Mr Goran were the main highlight of the stay there.

Quiet and peaceful location tucked away right outside of Porec. Owner was so friendly and welcoming! Beautiful view of the grounds and vineyard from our balcony. Wonderful breakfast with more than we could possibly eat. Truly made our time in Porec unforgettable!

The location is a bit far away from the beaches, so you need a car to move around, but the location is very quiet, surrounded by oak trees, just off the main street to Poreč. The rooms were very spatious and clean, with a high ceiling. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was simple but very delicious and a plenty of it - mainly eggs, bread, prosciutto, seasoned vegetables, cheeses, even watermelons. The town of Poreč is only about 15 minutes away, otherwise it´s not much to do in the area, but you can have an undisturbed time. We liked the staff lady, who served us the breakfast, she was very kind.

We missed mosquito nets on the otherwise beautiful french windows.

The staff is very nice, always smiling and friendly. Jacuzzi at the garden is amazing.

Smaller bed with rather softer mattrace.There was noone at the front desk when we arrived, so we've been waiting there for about 10 minutes - it's better to call if noone is there I think.Serving breakfast took quite long, it's better to come early if you are in hurry.

The location: with a car you can park easily in Porec and go swim within minutes (city beach or near the basilica). Porec can be quite noisy and full of tourists in the evening so it's nice to have a good and quiet place to eat dinner (at the hotel). It's also convenient to drive towards Pazin, Rovinj, etc. Nature is beautiful, there's a beautiful dog. People managing this family hotel were very nice and helpful. The food is excellent, wonderful products, be it meat fish pasta or vegetables.

Bed is small in length (I'm 180cm and I wouldn't have been able to use the big pillow without my feet meeting the wooden panel) and width (140cm); mattress is soft but strangely comfortable although I am used to harder mattress.I did not understand the use of having a small pool with 35°C heated water when it's 35°C outside.Served food is excellent, maybe a daily menu with prices would be a nice addition. Prices are normal though.

The family was absolutely adorable. We arrived very late (1:30am), got warmly welcomed and the gentleman said to not worry about check out and to sleep all we want. They are so understanding, we got breakfast at 11am without issue. Dog are very welcomed and we didn't get any additional fees. Everyone was super nice with our dog, which I highly value. It is great place for morning walks in olive tree fields. The place itself is an old house, well restored with beautiful antique pieces of furniture. It is very cosy, calm, relaxing and beautiful. Good food as well. I absolutely recommend this place.

The mattress could be improved but it largely compensated by everything else.

The owner Goran and rest of the staff was amazing and willing to help anytime we needed. We had a great time at the hotel and we are definitely recommend it to visit.
