Residence Villa Karda

Very nice and clean rooms, very good breakfast.Close to the beach and close to restaurants, coffee shops. Karda was very kind with us! She is a nice person!

Everything was great, we were thereduring low season and the guests were few, but we still got an excellent treatment with awesome selection for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay, no cons.

A comfy and clean, family run bed and breakfast. A shortish walk to Porec town. A good sized room with en suite bathroom and balcony. A nice touch was the provision of a drying rack on the balcony complete with pegs, ideal for wet towels and swimwear.

The Villa is situated in a quite a tight residential spot and all aspects of my room and balcony were overlooked by neighbours in very close proximity. Equally there were no views of the sea or town. It is a good 5 min walk to the nearest beach area. The breakfast was a simple buffet affair with nothing cooked to order. A pleasant enough stay but with basic facilities not sure it represented good value for money when there are so many other good deals to be had.

Location, quiet neighborhood, breakfast was good, private parking.

Taking shower caused flooding all over the bathroom, towels were covered with someone else's hair, there was no garbage bin in the room and the staff did not remove the garbage bags, so I had to take these out daily.

cleanliness, hostility, apartment size, apartment location....all exceptional, superb...we have stayed for 5 days in July with breakfast included, which also was at the level......

Delicious breakfast (pancakes with strawberries were perfect), whole residence was very clean - cleaned every day, owners very friendly and always smiling. Location was very convenient (parking in front of residence, 5-10 minutes by feet to the center or to the beach. The terase on the roof was very nice and sunny. Thank you :-)

Very clean, great location, 100m away from the best beach of Poreč. The host is very friendly and helpful, a shop right next to it. Will definitely come back again.

Very comfortable room, lovely hosts who do everything to make sure you enjoy your stay. Good location too, in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to Porec proper and near the water.

A bit tight with parking but manageable

The family running the accommodation could not have been better, nothing was too difficult and when you are asked to share a wine and talk about your days activities how much more can they do, other than adopt you ?

It was all superb.

Exceptional hosts of this family boutique hotel understand how to take the best care of every guest. Great delicious breakfast. Spacious room. Hotel is positioned in a very quiet street, walking distance from the green beach but also close the town centre. Highly recommend destination.

Everything is like on the pictures and in description. Room is big enough, bathroom as well. The sofa and the bed are comfortable. The town Porec and the sea you can see from the roof of the building. The house is near the sea and the city centre, although you can not see it from the room. The breakfast is continental.

Coffee from the coffee machine is not good.
