Hotel Valamar Diamant

Our vacation in Poreč, Croatia ?? at Valamar Diamant Hotel turned out to be such a fun and truly relaxing trip — absolutely stress-free! The hotel itself was amazing ?, offering plenty of in-house activities, while also being very close to great attractions like the beautiful beaches ?️ and Aquacolours Water Park ?. Special recognition goes to the staff who made our stay extra memorable: Nada at the dining entrance, whose warm and welcoming smile was the perfect start to every morning; Meda, the pizza chef, for his dedication, speed, and quality of preparation; and Stela & Zehnomir, who showed remarkable openness, care, and warmth, especially towards the kids — truly the right people at the right place.

Breakfast was good in quality, but the menu was almost the same each day. Introducing more variety would make the mornings even more enjoyable.In Dinner try to introduce variety especially in Fish.

The bed was very large and comfortable. We never had such a comfortable bed before.Breakfast and dinner had a wide assortment of choices.Staff from check-in desk, food court and cleaning personnel were very friendly.Hotel was on walking distance to the nearby city and beach.

The room temperatures was too high (24+ degrees) to sleep in and could not be adjusted. Asked staff to adjust it but it kept too warm.The bathroom was a bit small.The Staff from the bar was unfriendly.

Restaurant was very good,good choices of food..comfortable beds.

Handball team was not good in restaurant, throwing food and putting salt and pepper in glasses,no manners.No drink offered in restaurant on the night off my birthday but wine in the room was appreciated. Reception not very friendly.

Perfect location, close to center(15 min walk by the sea), quiet area, extraordinary breakfast&dinner, adult fkk wellness spa, and a warm indoor pool for the kids&family (a small area to swim) and a baby pool. Great kids area with toys and Xbox stuff. Very friendly staff.

None of the pillows were comfortableMaybe a kettle and hair conditioner would be usefull in the room

Good location, nice staff, good breakfast and dinner.

A bit smaller room, especially for two people. Needs some refurnishing and minor reconstruction, many things are quite old.

Food was great, very tasty and lots of things to choose from! Also suitable for vegetarians, those with allergies (gluten-free, low fat). Food was fresh, a lot of different salad, desert and fruits to choose from.

The room's cleanliness was not 5stars, but it was"ok". Also room needed some renovation, i guess (bathroom, wall painting, etc.)

Nice hotel. But a bit crowded. It was peak season. At common meals in the restaurant there was more than enough food variety and availability. sufficient seating. Sea access (I wouldn't call it beach) in about 400m distance/ a short walk. staff friendly and attentive. spacious family room with renovated bathrooms in 10th floor

Offer for the kids, nice staff in the kids facilities, a lot of choice for breakfast/dinner, (mostly) friendly staff.

Rooms are outdated and in need of renovation. Beach beds are not included in the price. There is not much shade at the swimming pool.

Aircon in the room was not working properly. Rooms are a bit old.

Excellent breakfast and diner, professional teamwork in the restaurant. Great facilities to entertain the family, especially the children. Confortable beds. Pleasant indoor and outdoor pools.

The sauna is not included in the price. The sea near the hotel is deep, not the best for children. We used the Lanterna beach instead. The building is not a new one, but it is clean and well maintained. Water pressure is not always enough for a good shower.

The food was delicious, the hotel was nicely decorated, and the staff was friendly. It's great for children. They have many attractions for children of all ages. My kids (7 and 9) liked the blue playhouses, which you can put together as you like and let your imagination run wild, and of course - the gaming room. The indoor pool is nothing special, but it's still big enough for the kids to have some fun. We didn't use the outdoor pool because it was still too cold outside.

The only minus is the location - we were here in May and did not plan to swim in the sea, so it was OK with us. But we would be very disappointed if we came here in the summer because the beach is unpleasant. The beach area is pretty much abandoned, not suitable for kids.

Very friendly and helpful staff taking care of your demands, the room, the fitness center, the restaurant, great overall experience. Will definitely come back.

Kind personall, very good and rich food at breakfast and dinner, good location near the best beach Brulo in Porec. Big TV in the room. Big parking for many cars.

It was very hot in my room , only 2 elevators in high building, small and shallow outside swimming pool. Very exwnsive drinks at the dinner : price for 0,2 liter white wine 7,80 eur ?? Many small kids shouting in the restarurant-but this is more parents isssue. Dirty toiletes in the lobby.

Totally family friendly hotel with lots of activities for children from toddlers to adolescents. Amazing choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Location is nearby the beach and pedestrian zone to the center of town. Bar in the hotel offers amazing sort of drinks and staff is always available. All in all, place for leisure and pleasure for whole family.
