The location was great,kind staff

It was so crowded at nights,you can’t sleep because the bars have loud live music until 24 or even more,They didn’t come to clean the rooms and not clean as we expected

Beautiful facility and room with nice views.

The room was very warm, making it difficult to sleep. The manager did not mention that the AC is off until a particular date. Even the person working at night didn't know that and tried to help me turn AC on. Manager was not friendly or particularly helpful, although all the other staff were very nice.

Friendly staff, central location, nicely designed interior, tasty breakfast and dinner.

TV did not work. Thank you!!! My wife did not really appreciate it cause she could not watch CNN, but I enjoyed that.?THANK YOU!!!!

Great stay, super helpfull staff, in the historic center of Poreč. Don't worry about the parking, the staff takes you from and to your car whenever you need to go with an electric mini train?.

We stayed at this hotel in the center of Poreč during the off-season, and it was a wonderful experience. The peaceful surroundings and the serene atmosphere made it even more enjoyable with fewer people around.As an architect, I always appreciate beautiful interiors, and this hotel did not disappoint. The design is exceptional, with attention to detail that creates a stylish and comfortable ambiance.The food was phenomenal—we especially loved the dinner. Every meal was a delight, prepared with care and presented beautifully.The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.We will definitely be returning again!

Having to constantly log in WiFi was inconvenient, especially if you have meetings or need to stay connected. It would be much better if it remembered the login after the first connection.

Location, waiter in the restaurant was kind and nice, dinner was good too.

Shameful treatment !We booked one week stay in this Hotel for our long waited vacation. Unfortunately, on the first day of our vacation we had to cancel it and leave the hotel due to unexpected business trip and unavoidable business obligations. Upon booking, we prepaid the whole vacation to the hotel for our planned stay.Upon our leave we have been clearly informed by the reception staff they will call us back and do their best to manage the situation in a best possible way and showed understanding for our unpleasent situation.After almost a week later we received no information from anyone, received no return call, no e-mail, no understanding or even politeness from the owner to even talk to us. After my phone call, the staff informed me that they can not do anything without the owner and that at the end of the day, owner had decided not to refund or return our prepaid money for the service we did not even use.We left the hotel on day 1 of our stay (although we paid 7 days upfront) with bitter aftertaste and bad customer service.Avoid this place because such unprofessional treatment deserves no place in hospitality business.Keeping small amount of money is I guess more important for this establishment then Client service and overall guest satisfaction. It should be quite opposite....Just too bad.....

Small hotel within the old town of Porec. Our room was nicely furnished and designed. They offer transfer to their free parking location.

There was a smell in the room from the sewage system which was not nice.

Fantastic food. The restaurant is excellent. The room was spacious and well presented. The hotel is well placed in the pedestrianised old town.

Drivers have to park some way from the hotel in a car park exclusive to the hotel and phone to be collected by electric transport. Unavoidable and not always convenient if several guests want transport at the same time. However the hotel stay is well worth any inconvenience.

Room was nicely redone, as was the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Location excellent. The town was wonderful. Only down side was the front desk person who was not very friendly or informative.

Friendly and helpful staff. Park place is not close to the hotel, but hotel staff will pick you up and drive you to the park place if needed with an electric vehicle. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is in an absolutely stunning location in the center at the end of the old town, however the outdoor hotel restaurant is a quiet and pleasant place. Staff is kind, polite even to children guests. The room was clean, cozy. Last but not least, I have to praise the hotel's kitchen. You can enjoy fresh and tasty breakfasts with a wide selection and great delicious dinners at sunset.

Location is perfect, near everything that you want to visit. Not a single noise in the room during night, so it was comfortable sleeping. Car parking is safe and spacious. Friendly staff.

Car parking a bit further located outside of the hotel location, so its not for everyday usage during summer temperatures. Breakfast could be more various, but it is very tasteful overall.

We had a fabulous stay here! The staff are wonderful and attentive and the food is delicious! The location is perfect as it’s just a few meters from the sea and away from the hustle and bustle. It’s an oasis! I will definitely return!

Great location and decor. Particularly liked that the stones of the old Roman forum form the dining area.
