Overal experience was more than good, almost great ? . The hotel's location and the property itself were truly wonderful. The reception staff, including Toni, Dragana, Vjeran, the Reception staff manager, and the housekeeping lady for our section (A1), were all exceptionally kind, helpful, and greeted us with welcoming smiles. While the smiles of other employees were not as noticeable, this might be a matter for management to address. I doubt they are all naturally unhappy, employees' satisfaction is just as important as the guests' satisfaction. An extra point would be awarded if there were more smiles.I would also like to commend Luka, Nemanja from the pool bar, and Vladimir from the a la carte restaurant, for their helpfulness.

A kettle or coffee machine would be nice in a room.

Great location, good breakfast and evening buffet, lovely outdoor pool area and nice indoor pool. Plenty of pool towels available.

Safe in room blocked every day (wait 5 mins and it worked again but still annoying)Some (not all) restaurant staff could be friendlier- more the older male waiters, one in particular was very unfriendly. Not enough selection of chopped fruit, berries etc., cheeses and cold meats.

We had a great time at hotel. We loved the sauna, heated pool, lounge bar and the fact dinner was included too. We didn’t have to leave the hotel grounds at all. Everything was clean, staff were friendly and the location is fantastic.

The hotel location in fantastic. You hardly realize that you are in the middle of huge colonie with many hotels, apartments and restaurants. At least this was the case during Easter. Although the rooms have seen better times, the are still very nice and comfortable. The food - we had half board - was really ok, not fantastic but good, and the restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly. The outdoor area is really super nice and big enough.

We had a sea-view room and it was not possible to leave the windows open at night because of the loud and obnoxious music from a nearby night-club. The wellness area is not as well maintained and clean as we would have hoped for, and it is quite small. So when the weather is bad, it gets crowded very fast. Due to the many kids running around and screaming, do not expect a quiet spa-day down there.

For four stars hotel rooms should have at least electric kettle (tea and coffee) and in the bathroom should be provided disposable face ( paper) towels. Location of the hotel is great if you want peace and enjoy in nature. Rooms are newly renovated and staff is very polite.

Food was plentiful but not inspiring.Spa area was good @nd we were pleased to see the outdoor pool area was open and looked nice al5hough we didn’t venture out. Too cold.The rooms were near but not next to each other. Both rooms had no views. The hotel was empty, so we were surprised we couldn’t have rooms next to each other with a view. We were full paying guests not part of a coach party.

Hotel was very smart and in a lovely location. Food was very good and the buffet evening meal was excellent value for money. Romm was great with plenty of space

The hotel is lovely, with modern facilities and friendly staff. The garden and pool areas are well-maintained, and there are plenty of walking and cycling routes around. The restaurant has many options for breakfast and dinner, and we were pretty happy that we booked a room with half-board.

The price is quite steep in high season, though it is one of the best hotels around, so it is expected.

Excellent location. Spacious rooms, very well maintained facilities. Outstanding quality - price ratio. We will come back!!!

Everything was perfect...

Measure of the hotel (big for Croatia), spacious loby, parking place, spacious park around the hotel, location on the beach and very good food with a lot of diversity.

Nice spacious rooms, super clean, well organized restaurant (half board), excellent food, plenty of space by the sea/pools (even with a full hotel), clean sea, parking spaces available. Indoor pool, free towels etc. Just a pleasant stay.

Beach only concrete piers and ladders/steps into the water - not suitable for the elderly or children. For more sensitive people, water shoes are necessary. Nothing around except other hotels. Large ships often go close to the coast - waves and smell.

Recommended for those who are looking for a comfortable, natural, unobtrusive vacation, without crowds, with great location. Hotel property is big enough to offer you a quiet corner for you and your book....

Lovely hotel with great food and drink all at reasonable prices. It has a vast area for sunbathing, relaxing, also right alongside the sea, so there was never any trouble getting a sunbed wherever you wanted.Easy access into Porec on the little train.

Entertainment in the evenings was OK, quite basic, but there wasn't may other guests around so the hotel bar was empty earlier than we expected, so maybe not a great place to put much bigger entertainment

Hotel Parentium Plava Laguna fulfills all requirements for spending a wonderful vacation with the family. I have visited many hotels around the world, but nothing compares to this one. An excellent atmosphere is created by the wonderful staff, who are smiling all the time during your stay and are always helpful. The hotel is very clean, so you feel at home there. Last but not least, the hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet environment, with nice beaches. The excellent chefs will make sure that you are not hungry, and they will prepare very tasty and varied food for you every day. I am sure that everyone will enjoy their vacation at Hotel Patentinum Plava Laguna to the fullest.
