Poor quality of food and drinks. The staff also does not show much motivation.

I liked the location of the resort. It was close to the beach and walking distance to Porec.

The room we stayed in was too small for two people. I would reserve a bigger one if they have it for next time.

Beautiful hotel, very close to the sea, nice pools. I was shocked to find the hotel was only a 3 star as it felt more like a 4 star.

It was all good. There was nothing I didn't like. If I had to pick something it would be the lifts that were not always easy to get as they are both centrally located.

Location and outdoor facilities were great. Easy access to the beach.

Quality of the restaurant is very bad. Food was below average in terms of quality. Variety of options was reasonable. No healthy drink options. Cutleries, plates, glasses were dirty.

Great location right on the beach front, pool also there. Lots of shady spots for setting up with your blanket, or sunbed. Food was good for dinner, drinks included. Room was ok with balcony, small but had everything you'd need including A/C. Beds were comfy. Large, spacious lobby with air conditioning and a gift shop. Big carpark with easy access. Midday meal for kids was a pleasant surprise. All in all, we had a nice stay and might come back again. But there is room for improvement.

Breakfast could be better, the food for breakfast seemed to be low quality. Especially the ham and meat. Coffee for breakfast was a disaster, fortunately you could order proper coffee at the bar later. Staff extremely slow at the beach bar, took them forever to make a coffee, or tost. Not very friendly either. The only professional staff were at the reception desk.

The room was clean, and the temperature inside was perfect. The hotel offered a fantastic program with plenty of daily activities for both adults and children. The music program at night was truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, from the reception to the waiters, to the cleaning ladies and pool staff – they really made a difference in our experience. The food was also a highlight, with a great variety each day, offering something different and catering to various tastes. The location is great and tranquil, though it is a bit far from Porec if you decide to walk. However, there are multiple convenient ways to get to Porec, so it’s not a problem.

The pool was overcrowded, and many guests reserved multiple sunbeds as early as 7 am. By the time we arrived, there were no spots left. It would be better if the hotel allocated two sunbeds per room and kept them reserved until the guests arrived, to make it more organized.

The location of the hotel was really nice, straight on a beautiful, clean, not too crowded beach, where families and swimmers can also find parts that are matching their expectations. The beautiful town of Poreč is nearby, and other interesting places, like the Limski Fjord or Pula, are also not too far. The hotel has a nice freshwater pool, which was greatly enjoyed by the whole family, especially our children.

The two main issues we experienced were the (at best) mediocre quality of the dinners and the breakfasts we received at the restaurant of the hotel, and the long and extremely loud program that was going on every nigh until around 11 pm, which kept us awake even if we didn't want. One night there was a(n otherwise good) rock band playing so loud that we actually felt like at a rock festival not at a family hotel. I understand for some a concert or a little show is an attractive program at a hotel, but a better balance should be found with bands playing less loud and perhaps only until 10 or 9:30, or not every evening).The personnel were generally kind but at times extremely unprofessional at their jobs (like making cocktails, or providing sufficient numbers of glasses at the restaurant), it appeared that the hotel was not sufficiently staffed for it's size. Our room was also quite small.

All the facilities provided and easy access to the beach. There were also some vegetarian food options.

For croatia standard, hotel is over priced. For this charge, size of room is too small. Also bread options in breakfast can better. And no fruits provided for breakfast.

Amazing accomodation, lots of activities, rich breakfast and even richer dinner, amazing beach and very friendly staff! We booked a room with balcony with a view at the park, for a gift we got a seaview room! Will be coming back for sure!

The hotel is very nice, 1 room is a bit too small for 3 adults, the beds were pretty comfortable. Breakfast + dinner are great, there is something for everyone. The hotel is about 30 min walk away from the Poreč city center. Was a plus for me but a minus for my parents.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should be.

Hotel has a great location but rooms are too small, only 17m squared. It is sometimes difficult to pass by another person. However, the rooms are neat and clean and good positioned with beautiful view to sea if the option is chosen. There are some larger rooms but we could not get one as these were booked already. Breakfast very good and service also top with no complaints there.

There was some malfunction on elevators which got German tourists mad. One more thing that could be done is to bring more tables to the area outside as most of the tourist early morning and late evening enjoy seating outside on the porch area.

Everything was organized very well. The entertainment team was great ?and did a great job with kids and adults ?. There was a lunch for kids, that was briliant, good idea!

Lack of variety during breakfasts, after a couple of days, you realize that every day you have the same dishes. At least from time to time, pancakes ? could be served for kids. My kids were looking for pancakes every day.
