Helpfull staff, good breakfast

Limited dining options, village almost empty

Good breakfast and dinner. A lot fo meat selections. Portions were enough, not huge but fine. Staff very, very friendly and nice! Water provided for free at the table, extra drinks very cheap and affordable. REMEMBER: leave the tip at the end of your holiday into the piggy at the restaurant, staff really deserve that!! adults sauna and area very nice( except for all not Italian people naked and with Kids around....italians know that have to wear a cap in the kids swimming pool, others not really and don't care...) swimming pool small but ok for kids if not crowded.Nice kids baby dance.

We had to pay extra to get a ski room to leave our stuff at the ski lift- carrying all stuff is insane! swimming pool ok, but small and other clients very impolite and disrespectful about rules!Way too many stairs. Glad grandparents di not come, not easy for people with mobility problems!

Breakfast was great, the Nutella bottle perfect. The online checkin beforehand very easy and fast. Would stay again on the winter season for skiing

We arrived during the night and the receptionist kept our passport until the next morning, we thought that a little weird. Also the location is amazing, the views as well, but during the night the road is a bit dangerous.

Spa and position are really good.

Kids caos...but took it as a funny thing!

Not worth the money you will spend

On booking site it was written , that you can ski from hotel. This was the only thing why we chose that hotel. But this is not true.Hotel is not wort that money. Room is not well maintained, sweeping pool is dirty and sauna is really smalling bad.The staff in restaurant should understand some English.

Do not go here!

Before we book, they said that we can ski from hotel. When we come and ask them, they said that it is not true and change that in booking.Old hotel. To much money for what you get. Do not go here!!

Housekeeping was thorough (but failed to lock our bedroom door on occasion). The swimming pool was good, but required booking a time slot in advance. The massage at the Wellness Centre was excellent!

There was limited information available (eg. bus service, little train, restaurants, wellness centre/swimming pool, bar) from the hotel despite having English speaking staff so we were required to continually ask the staff for more information. There were limited restaurants in the area beyond bars and pizzerias. Also the room was quite small.

Great breakfast, lots of variety. Great location with free parking. Only a short walk to the start of the slopes.

Not much to complain about, all around great experience. Room was a bit tight, but that was due to us having a baby cot for our 9 month old next to bed

Very noisy, poorly cared inside and mostly outside. Poir welcoming.

Rooms well thought out and comfortable. We did half board and the food was fine. Good place to start walks from but a car is probably a must.

The waiting staff could have done with extra help on Saturday night. They were rushed off their feet.
