Cleanliness!

Spacious room and building! Loved the old charm of the hotel. Breakfast was immaculate with a great view outside. Staff were extremely helpful. Even the 24/hr call line was extremely nice. Multiple entrances into the hotel and an elevator. Felt very safe while also being close to all the food spots.

Bathroom shower was pretty dirty along the bottom of the sliding doors. While showering water would hit those spots and stuff would come out of it. Had a few spiders in bathroom and bedroom.

Rooms were nice with little detail in the design. The bathroom was standard and very clean and the bed was very comfy.Italian breakfast (cornetto) with good coffee and a glass of juice.

Check in was after hours but it was still very easy. Hotel breakfast was very good. Staff was very kind and helpful!

The breakfast selection was excellent, and the property was well-maintained.

My room was on the top floor/attic, where the restroom had limited headroom.

The Villa is beautiful, the rooms are always clean and the bathrooms are very nice. Price is always good. The staff obliges requests. I recommend this place.

Excellent central location, wonderful building. I know it has no bar or evening food service, but I like dining out in the town.

Air conditioning failed second night.

Very friendly staff. Very close to Aviano Air Base medical clinic. Close to Aviano downtown restaurants.

The villa is beautiful. The rooms are large, specious, and airy. The breakfast area is wonderfully furnished and decorated to match the period when the villa was built. There is an elevator, which was a great help as I am disabled and had several suitcases to bring to the 3rd floor room.

The staff were not present when we arrived. It took us about 20 minutes to reach someone on the phone and communication was difficult. They gave me a code to get into the lobby, then told me where to find the key card for my room. During the week that we stayed there, we only saw staff at breakfast in the morning and cleaning staff at that time as well. They had typically all left before noon everyday.

The professional staff. They went above and beyond expectations to ensure my stay and access to Villa were successful. The Villa was also amazing and very quiet.

The facility and the personal were excellent. Food and room were very good. Parking was available and free. The wifi was free and worked fine! The location was perfect for my intended work.

The Airconditioning did not work on the list night, turning the room into a sauna.The television did not work during the second night and some lights did not work.

The stay was with breakfast, which I appreciate, however, it was the same and packed with only sugary options. Would have loved some healthy alternatives

Such a beautiful place. Built in the 1700s Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was so kind and welcoming. And the breakfast pastry was divine.

The air conditioner took a while to cool the room

Our stay at Villa Manin was impeccable. The rooms and the hotel are very nice. The staff was extremely kind and professional and the location is very central in Aviano. Overall I would rate our experience 10/10

This is a beautiful property and is highly recommended for work or pleasure. Easy check-in and very responsive owner. Large room with very comfortable bed. The shower was hot and had great pressure. Towels and bedding were wonderful. Great location for exploring the region.

There was nothing we didn't like. We will book again on future trips. Hopefully for longer stays :)

Horrible! Still waiting to be reimbursed for staying in another hotel from May 14-17.

No A/C, staff was rude and not helpful, had to leave to stay in another hotel because wasn't able to sleep in hot, tiny room any longer and still waiting for a reimbursement for the remaining nights I didn't stay here.

The locals were friendly, and it was easy to get around. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic.

We were in a attic type room and I'm kinda tall, so had to remember not to hit my head.
