Next day breakfast could have been more complete

Sad! 1st rooms were tiny and No working AC, rooms were unbearable. I spoke to The nice young man at the desk about changing rooms, I have never had to do that, he contacted his boss and gave us different rooms where he said AC worked, It did not! Much nice room but still over 80F, Too hot to sleep, I was too exhausted to leave and find a new room at 10pm. A lovely property with tons of potential, badly run. The breakfast was cheap, stale bread and 2 types of meat cut in 1/4’s. I have lived in Germany and Italy, I travel 2/3 times a year to Europe, Im not spoiled, this was just a badly run hotel and I would never recommend it. The staff were very nice and I really felt sorry for them.

The villa is still beautiful, despite the new management making it worse.

Breakfast consisted of a few pastries bought from the supermarket. The coffee is only made with a machine, and the fruit juices were awful. There were no spoons, no one was at the reception, the restaurant is permanently closed, and the parking is far away. Ever since they changed management, everything has turned into a nightmare. I will never go back

Beautiful villa, carefully and lovingly preserved. Great location for visiting friends and going to all of our favorite local haunts. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and accommodated our very late check-in. Our two dogs loved being right on the garden/green space.

We selected this hotel just because it was at the start of our cycling route. And we were very much positively surprised.Super friendly staff and amazing location with an amazing garden. There's a fine bar/restaurant that serves drinks and some dishes in the evening. Eating outside in the garden is very much recommended.

Who serves instant coffee for breakfast in Italy?

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The restaurant was phenomenal. Great food and great service.

I was a bit surprised to see moldy sealant in the shower at an otherwise exceptional place. The proximity to the road makes it a little noisy at times, but never at night.

We stayed for 2nights. The Restaurant was unexpectedly closed for both nights for private functions. Not acceptable for a quality hotel in country area where we had expected to stay and enjoy. Hotel also needs a little updating and is tired in places

Quaint and independent room of it's own, Standard breakfast with upscale items. The opportunity to squeeze your own juice and or create your own flavor of smoothie was a favorite among peers.

Cooked eggs (excluding hard boiled) or an option for an omelet. Boiled eggs were cold and difficult to peel.

The staff were amazing and the view was beautiful.

On the site claims laundry and fitness center but they do not have one.

Check in was very smooth. Excellent view of the golf course out my window. Large breakfast and coffee was made to order (cappuccino, Americano).

The staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. beautiful grounds. easy parking. Our suite was a nice sized room with a modern bathroom with easy access outside to yard - great location with a dog.

Breakfast could be improved, especially with fresh bread. Furniture could be updated.

David, at the front desk, was awesome. Very helpful. The grounds were beautiful. Great place to stay.

If anything, the rooms could use a little freshening up, but they were fine. Also, Wi-Fi get dropping out, but I had LTE, so impacts were minimal.

the only complaint I could possibly think of and it’s not a complaint was my wife wished with all the romantic lighting that really compliments the hotel that the room had brighter light when we had to pack the room the night before checkout. so not really any down side if we would have done the packing during the day!

The hotel has a very rustic feel, with plenty of amenities. I also enjoyed the modern bathrooms.

The hotel restaurant closes pretty early during the week.

Staff was amazingly attentive and helpful throughout my whole journey! I woke up late for breakfast every morning I was there and someone always made me coffee. I can’t say enough good things!

Great building and ambience. The restaurant was good and the bar had a wide selection of hi-end spirits. All the personel were friendly and professional. Beautiful Location.

The room was a little tired. This may be because of the covid problem. It is a beautiful location, but you must have a car monday evenings as the restruante is closed. I would still stay there again.
