Aviano Palace Hotel

I thought the staff was PERFECT. They were very friendly and family oriented. I always had a espresso in the morning with sugar free packets because I bodybuild haha. And the breakfast option was great too. Italians really love their carbs. My room was made every morning and they had a washer and dryer in the basement. The bed was comfortable and helped with my back problems. I'm a pretty dense guy with all my muslces. I stayed here for 3 weeks on a TDY and honestly it was a nice little get away. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is what made the place even better! it's close to base as well.

Beautiful location near the city center. All of the staff are very friendly. The room was very nice. All the amenities worked. Great water pressure!

The bed was too firm for us, but that’s just personal preference. Otherwise nothing.

The bathroom was extremely clean. Good size rooms. The gentlemen who ran the building was very nice.

Hallways smelled of residual smoke. No instructions for the pet. Check in was a bit challenging with the older lady. Appeared she was not prepared to receive us and even though I wrote the hotel about the dog they seemed surprised.

When I arrived on the booked day and time, the owner? through a closed door informed me that the hotel was closed.

Very nice breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries , eggs, yogurt, meats, cheeses, and my pot of tea which was superb.

Hotel shuttle service was not clear or descriptive about how the shuttle works.

Room was bigger than expected.

AC dindn' work. Poor breakfast. Halfway through breakfast, most of the dishes had run out and no new ones had been brought.

The staff is fantastic - especially at breakfast.The family rooms are extremely spacious.We stayed at aviano palace twice and both times they gave us a late check out and were very accommodating. We would always stay here again!

Close to the Aviano Train Station.

It was difficult finding an attendant to check out. They weren’t there & left a phone number to call if needed, but no one ever answered the phone. There was no temperature control for the room, and only one metal key for the door. The only way to lock the room door was by locking yourself in or out.

Good location for working at Aviano AB. Decent breakfast. One day a man was working the bar at breakfast and made me a cappuccino from that machine (not the self serve one) and it was the best cup of coffee I had in my whole 2 weeks in Italy - well done, sir! The staff were friendly and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed.

I like the natural region quality of the hotel, breakfast was fresh but limited. everything is quite reachable in the area and people of the hotel is friendly. You wake up with the sounds of the cocks.

The personal at the breakfast was amaizing, so friendly and helpfull, the completly oposite at the check in, thanks to him, our opinion of the place change.

The check-in was not a welcome check in, the whole family were wet because the rain catch us, even then the guy took his looooong time for the check in, after that even when he saw the dog with us, he just said -ah! you have a dog!!! you must pay extra- so we has to do all the papers again, for the dog they charge 15€!!!!!! i had never pay so much for a dog!!!!

The owner's were very kind, helpful and understanding. Our car broke down and we needed a last minute place to stay with our dog. They were very welcoming and went out of their way to help us and make our stay less stressful. We are very appreciative of their hospitality. Very clean place!
